依据《义务教育英语课程标准(2022年版)》中“人与自我——饮食与健康”主题内容要求,七年级学生在语言能力方面,应该要能够听懂关于食物偏好的简短对话,获取关键信息;能够运用 “What do you usually have for breakfast/lunch/dinner?”和“I usually have…for breakfast/lunch/dinner.” 等句型进行书面与口头表达;能够正确朗读并分类与饮食相关的可数名词与不可数名词。在文化意识方面,能在调查家人饮食偏好的过程中初步感知家庭饮食文化的多样性。在思维品质上,能够通过分类、比较等方式整理所学词汇。在学习能力方面,能够借助跟读模仿提升语音准确性;能够将课堂所学语言知识迁移到真实生活情境中,完成简单的交际任务。
教材分析
【What】
教学内容围绕“饮食”展开,(1)包括1a认识各类食物词汇,如watermelon(西瓜)、cabbage(卷心菜)、mutton(羊肉)等;(2)1b通过听力练习了解人物Jane和Li Meng对于午餐的选择;1c通过听力练习了解Jane一日三餐会吃的食物:(3)1d记录自己三餐饮食情况并询问同学,探讨如何吃得健康等。
【Why】
本课时是 Unit 4 的第一个课时,承担“话题导入—词汇铺垫—句型感知—初步输出”的功能。衔接小学已有的基础食物词汇(apple, milk, rice等),为后续谈论饮食偏好、饮食习惯以及提出健康建议做语言与话题的双重铺垫。落实课标对听说技能的要求;培养学生表达自我与交际的能力;初步渗透健康饮食意识。
【How】
词汇学习:通过图片匹配食物词汇的方式,让学生直观认识新单词。听力训练:设置听力任务,让学生在听对话过程中选择相应的饮食选项,锻炼听力理解能力。让学生记录自己的三餐并询问同学,通过实际对话来巩固所学知识,提高口语表达能力;以及在这个过程中,引导学生思考“如何吃得健康”这一问题。
学情分析
七年级学生已掌握部分基础食物词汇(如 noodles, chicken, juice 等),并能运用“What would you like?”和“I have…”等简单句型进行日常对话。在听力技能方面,学生具备初步的理解能力,能听懂简单对话并完成相应练习。然而,学生在准确区分与食物相关的可数名词与不可数名词方面仍存在困难,容易出现用法混淆。因此,需要通过教师示范引导、同伴互助等方式,帮助学生逐步掌握该语法点。此外,本节课还将结合真实生活情境,有意识地引导学生树立健康饮食的意识。
作业设计思路
本课时作业分层设计,面向全体,设置必做与选做作业,满足不同学习水平学生的需求,确保基础薄弱学生“吃得了”,学有余力学生“吃得饱”。必做作业分为两个类型:基础巩固(词汇分类练习:将食物单词按照类别填在正确的横线上)、提升训练(结合本课时话题,设计语篇补全与完形填空练习,在语境中巩固语言知识的同时,训练学生的题型应对策略与考试技巧。)选做作业:创新拓展(用英语询问家人的饮食偏好并记录,并能为家人设计一份健康菜单, 能将课堂所学迁移到真实生活中,完成创造性作业。)
