Create a recipe for a tasty dish
Write a recipe for Pepper Fried Pork. The ingredients are given below, but you need to decide the amount of each ingredient by yourself.

Pepper Fried Pork
Ingredients:
150g pork
4 green peppers
3 cloves of garlic
3 slices of ginger
2 stalks of scallions
a little soy sauce and oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
some cooking oil
Instructions:
First, cut the green peppers, pork and scallions into small pieces.
Next, heat oil in a pan. Fry garlic, ginger and scallions for a short time.
Then, add the pork and cook until it turns white. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix them well.
After that, put in the green peppers and salt. Keep stir-frying all the ingredients.
Finally, cook everything well and serve.

1. Can you explain how to cook the three dishes?
First, wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Then, put them in a pot and boil until soft.
Next, get one tablespoon of butter and half a cup of milk, add
them to the potatoes, and mix.
After that, mash the potatoes.
Finally, add salt and pepper.
First, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and mix the eggs in a bowl.
Then, heat some oil in a pan, add the eggs and stir-fry for one minute, then take them out.
Next, cook the tomatoes in the pan until soft, add salt and sugar.
Finally, put the eggs back and mix with the tomatoes.
First, mix the eggs.
Then, add sugar, cinnamon, salt, pumpkin, and cream.
Next, pour the mixture into the pie crust.
After that, place the pie in the oven and cook for 40 to 50 minutes.
Finally, let it cool for at least an hour before serving.

Happy and Satisfied: When I cook a yummy dish like the stir - fried eggs and tomatoes from the unit, and it turns out well, I feel really happy. Eating delicious food, such as a sweet pumpkin pie, also brings a sense of satisfaction. It’s like a little success, and the good taste just makes my mood bright.

Connected and Loved: Cooking for family or friends, like making mashed potatoes for them, makes me feel I’m sharing love. And when we eat together, talking and laughing, it feels warm. It’s a way to connect, just like the unit says cooking can bring people closer.
