小升初英语专题总复习 专题11 连词 考点梳理 连词是连接词与词、短语与短语、句子与句子的一种虚词。它不能担任句子成分，但可以 起连接作用。从连词本身的含义、句法功能及其所连接的成分的性质来看，连词可分为两类：并列连词和从属连词。 中 考点一  并列连词的用法 并列连词连接两个互不依从的单词、短语或分句。 A. and 表示添加、补充或引申，是用得最多的并列连词，通常用于肯定句中，表示并列关系，意为 “和”。如： I like English,Chinese and PE. 我喜欢英语、语文和体育。 Let's go and have a look. 让我们去看看。 B. or 通常用于否定句或疑问句中，表示选择关系，意为“或者，还是”。如： Is your friend a boy or a girl?你朋友是男孩还是女孩？ Which season do you like better, spring or autumn?你比较喜欢哪个季节，春季还是秋季？ C. but 表示转折，主要连接两个并列成分，意为“但是”。如： I like PE, but my brother doesn't like it.我喜欢体育，但我弟弟不喜欢。 I'd like to go, but I'm busy.我想去，但我很忙。 D. so 表示因果关系，意为“因此，所以”，强调结果，不能和because同时使用。如： She's ill, so she can't go to school.她生病了，所以没法去上学。 I was tired, so I went to bed early yesterday.我累了，所以昨天早早地就睡觉了。 E. for 表示因果关系的连词，意为“因为”。它引导的是分句而不是从句，对前面情况加以解释，常用逗号把它和前面的分句隔开。如： He is absent today, for he is ill.他今天缺席，因为他病了。 The days are long, for it is May now.白天很长，因为现在是五月了。 考点再现01 一、选择适当的连词补全句子。 and or but 1.
