第6讲 新沪教牛津版八下 Unit 7 语法--过去进行时 Part 1 过去进行时讲解 一、概念 过去进行时：表示过去某一时刻或者某段时间__________________________的动作，常和表过去的时间状语连用，如： 例1：I was doing my homework at this time yesterday. 例1：They were waiting for you from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. last night. 二、过去进行时的构成 肯定形式：_______________________________________ 否定形式：_______________________________________ 疑问形式：_______________________________________　 例1：I was reading a book at 8 last night 例2：I wasn’t watching TV just now. 例3：Were you doing your homework at that time? 三、基本用法 1. 时间状语 ①at that time/moment____________________ 如：I first met Mary three years ago. She _____________at a radio shop at that time. ②(at) this time yesterday (last night/Sunday/week…)__________________ 如：What were you doing at this time yesterday? ③at+点钟+yesterday (last night / Sunday…)__________________ 如：They were watching TV at ten o’clock last night. ④when/while/As等时间状语从句表示___________________ 如： I was cooking meals when she knocked at the door. 2.when 与while引导的时间状语从句区分 （1）核心区分 when while 时间 从句谓语动词 主从句动作 如：Peter came in when /while I was watching TV. (watch是长动作，可以用when/while引导) When he arrived home, it was just nine o'clock. (arrive是短动作，只能用when引导) I met her while/when I was at school. (was表示在，是长动作，可以用when/while引导) （2）常用句型总结： ①过去进行时（主句，长动作）+ when + 一般过去时（从句，短动作） The little boy was reading quietly when his mother entered his bedroom. ②一般过去时（主句，短动作）+ when + 过去进行时（从句，长动作） When I was watching TV, my mother came back. ③While + 主语 + was/were doing sth.（从句，长动作）, + 主句（一般过去时/过去进行时） While Jim was mending his bike, Lin Tao came to see him. （主句短动作） While I was watching TV, my mother was cooking. （主从句同时进行） ④同义转换示例： When the teacher came in, we were talking.= While we were talking, the teacher came in. 【即学即练】 （1）Mother ____________(cook)supper when I ____________(get)home yesterday. （2）Last Sunday I____________(meet)Lin Hong when I ____________(walk)in the street . （3）While Han Meimei ______________(sweep)the floor , Lucy ____________(carry) water. （4）When the students _____________ (have)a meeting, the teacher ____________(come) in . 四、不用于进行时的动词 感官动词：hear, see, notice, feel, taste…… 表示态度感情的动词：like, love, hate…… 表心理状态：feel, want, prefer…… 表占有：own, have,…… 表存在状态和持续：look, owe, be…… 例如： 误：I was knowing the answer. 正：I knew the answer. 误：I wasn't understanding him. 正：I didn't understand him.
