★Step 1 Lead in【情景导入】
1.Show the pictures on page 89 to students, and then ask them to answer the following question:
· What is the woman doing?
2.Let some students share their answers with the class.
★Step 2 Pre-task【准备任务】
A vlog is a blog in the form of a video. It's a popular way of sharing information and experiences. People sharing vlogs online are called vloggers.

Teaching reflection 【教学反思】
In this listening and speaking class, students listened to a vlogger’s travel experience and discussed the relationship between travelling and learning. However, the listening material was a bit difficult for some students with a weak foundation, and they had trouble catching key information. Also, in the discussion part, students’ language expressions were limited. Next time, I should choose simpler listening texts and give more sentence patterns and vocabulary before discussion to help students express more freely and improve their listening and speaking skills.
