David: I have a stomachache. I ate too much at my friend's birthday
party yesterday.

friend's mother cooked everything herself.

Are you OK?
e.g. —What’s wrong with you?/What’s the matter with you?

I saw the chocolate cake and I couldn't help myself—I ate a whole
slice.
Help yourself/yourselves!
e.g. Help yourself to the cookies, please.
Hi everyone, the drinks are on the table—help yourselves!
I practised my speech by myself for hours yesterday.
