My eating habits
I have both good and bad eating habits. I have a good habit of eating fruits every day. And I always have breakfast on time. That's great for my health. But I also have a bad habit. I eat too many sweets. It's not good for me. To make my eating habits better, I will eat fewer sweets. I will also drink more water and try to eat more vegetables. I think I can have a healthier diet this way.

My Eating Habits
