Nowadays, more and more people have come to focus on teenagers’ health. The following are my opinions about how teenagers live a healthy life.
To keep physical health, we should take regular exercise, get enough sleep and have a balanced diet. For example, playing sports for an hour every day makes us stronger.
As for mental health, it is important to build up confidence and keep a good mood. We can share problems with friends to reduce stress. Also, a positive attitude helps us face difficulties bravely.
In short, health includes both body and mind. Let’s develop good habits to enjoy a healthy life!
