本课时是外研版三起点六年级下册第一模块第一单元第二课时的教学内容,该部分主要学习教材第2-4页的内容,课本定位Unit 1 Activities 2—4。本课时通过听说练习和小游戏的方式来呈现。复习巩固句型“Can I help you?/How much is it?”及其答语“I want a hot dog, please./ It’s thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.”,让学生进一步熟悉如何在餐馆点餐并作答。本课时包括Listen read and act out.,Listen and say.和Practise.三个板块。Listen read and act out. 为大家呈现了西蒙和爸爸在快餐店点餐的情形;Listen and say.向我们呈现了几幅食物的图片及其价格的图片,该部分内容也因为贴近学生的实际生活,然后结合practise一起,更能激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
学情分析
本课的教学对象是学过三年英语的六年级学生,此阶段学生天真活泼,好奇心强,有较强的模仿能力和求知欲望,而且富有一定的逻辑思维能力,对英语的喜欢已初步体现出个性。本课关注学生的学习兴趣和学习体验,培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力。学生在之前的英语学习过程中已经具备了较强的音标拼读和在教师同伴的帮助下泛读课文的能力,在这学期的课文教学中将侧重于帮助学生真正理解课文,进一步学习归纳概括,完成各种学习任务,提高英语的综合语言运用能力,同时注重培养学生积极与他人交流合作,相互学习,共同完成任务的能力,乐于运用英语进行表达和交流的能力。

1.出示几张食物的图片,操练句型“How much is it?”“It’s...”
2.创设情景:把讲台布置成快餐店的柜台,邀请自愿者站到讲台后扮演顾客,表演点餐的过程。为了鼓励下面的学生积极参与,教师可以提出问题:“How much is it?”并邀请全班同学回答。

1.Words Learning!
1) 老师放映课件,用中文询问同学看到了什么?同学们会看到课件上呈现的图画。
2) 教师拿出单词卡片,进入重点新词汇学习环节,向同学展示图片,结合PPT上放映的内容,带领同学学习一些新单词,然后有例句呈现。
3) 每张单词页后都附有一页单词解析,教室结合图片道具和动作向同学解释例句,帮助同学记忆。
2.教师出示一些食物的图片,里面包含hamburger和hot dog,教师问:What do you want? 引导学生用:I want…回答。教师通过one by one接龙式让学生快速站起来读。
3.教师又出示可乐的图片,T: What is this? Ss:可乐。T: Yes, this is a cola.
4.教师利用汉堡和可乐的图片问:“How much is it? 总共多少钱?”Ss:$13.25. T: Yes. It is thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents. Ok, now enjoy your meal. 又引出“cola、dollar、cent、enjoy”用同样的方法教授, 通过提问的方式抽查学生掌握的情况。
【设计意图】创设情境学习新知识,学生学起来轻松、愉快,为新课作铺垫。
Step3: learning the text.
1.活动2(Listen, point and find “I want…”)
T: Boys and girls, do you like hamburger? Ss: Yes.
T: I like hamburger too.Do you like cola? Ss: No(Yes).
T: Ok, now let′s look at activity 2.
Who are they? Can you guess what are they doing?(出示本课挂图)
2.教师播放第二遍录音,要求学生画出不懂的句子和单词。
3.播放第三遍录音前,教师要求学生带着问题去听,如:① Is a hot dog really a dog?② What does Daming want? ③ How much is it?
4.再播放录音,每句停顿,请学生跟读并模仿语音语调,以提问的方式解决问题。
5.学生读SB活动2的对话。
6.把全班分成四人一小组,分别扮演Simon、Daming、Simon′dad 、Cashier的角色朗读课文。
【设计意图】为了让学生能够更好地朗读课文,运用对话,教师的指导作用是相当重的。同时表演不但可以锻炼学生的胆量,给学生展示的机会,还可以给学生提供自由拓展的空间,教师应给予学生充分的鼓励。

① 播放录音,教师带领学生朗读这几个单词。然后教师随意抽取卡片,请学生朗读上面的单词。最后个别抽查,并以小贴画作为奖励。
② 两人一小组或同桌之间练习对话,然后请自愿表演的小组上台表演,并以小贴画作为奖励。
8. SB activity 4
a. 教师利用多媒体课件呈现SB Part 4 (Ask and answer)的图。T: What can you see? What are they doing? 请学生观察并作答。
b. T: What do you want? (鼠标指向任意一幅图)

把讲台布置成快餐店的柜台,教师呈现Practise.部分。
1.教师拿出“hamburger, cola, hot dog, dollar, cent”这几个单词的单词卡。
2.教师播放录音,并带领学生朗读这几个单词。
3.教师随意抽取卡片,请学生朗读上面的单词,最后教师个别抽查,并对表现好的同学给予贴画奖励。
4.两人一组或同桌之间练习对话,然后请自愿表演的小组上台表演,并对表现好的小组给予奖励。
