stretching.Fast walk for 15 minutes at lunch.Walk or bike home after school.
Eating well doesn't mean dieting()over and over again.In fact,studies have
shown that dieting often doesn't work-and diets may have the reverse effect,with dieters
putting on more weight than before they started.
One reason diets don't work is because they can make people think of foods
as“good”or“bad”,but the truth is,.everything is OK in moderation(适量地).Dieters are
also more likely to"give up"some foods;we may end up longing for these foods while

often in the peel of apples and pears,and vegetables.Health experts agree that it's a good
idea to eat about 30g fiber every day.
Why is fiber good for health?
A high-fiber diet helps to move the waste more quickly through the digestive tract,
which may help to shorten the time something bad stays.Fiber also feeds the good bacteria
(in the digestive tract,stopping bad ones from growing there.The good bacteria can
also break down the fiber to provide energy to the bowel cells and help to keep them healthy.
Fiber can also help keep a healthy weight.It takes in water and fills you up fast.It
also slows down digestion and makes the feelings of fullness last longer.
In addition,high-fiber food usually takes longer to eat,and the fiber stops the food
from being quickly digested.The faster a food is broken down during digestion,the more
quickly the blood sugar level rises.So fiber helps to keep healthy blood sugar levels.
