四、教学目标
1.语言能力:熟练掌握通知类应用文的结构框架与常用表达,能准确撰写包含艺术展参观细节的社团通知,做到信息完整、语言规范、格式正确;

1.Lead in
Start the class by projecting vivid posters of diverse art exhibitions, including the Richeueld Fine Art Exhibition from the textbook. Ask: "Have you ever received or written a club activity announcement? What key info must it cover?" Then introduce today’s writing task: crafting an announcement for the art club’s exhibition trip, and prompt students to share short stories about their exhibition visits.
Observe the displayed posters, discuss their experiences of visiting exhibitions or reading club announcements in pairs. Brainstorm and list essential elements of an effective announcement, such as activity theme, meeting time/place, and rules. Volunteer to present their lists to the class, and supplement peers’ points to form a comprehensive key information checklist.

2.Fast reading
Distribute the text of The Richeueld NEW EXHIBITION OF FINE ART leaflet. Assign a 3 - minute skimming task: "Identify the text’s genre, main structure, and collect key details like exhibition highlights, time, tickets, and museum rules." Walk around to offer guidance, then invite students to share findings and summarize practical text features.
Complete the skimming within 3 minutes, fill in the blanks of the leaflet as required. Work in small groups to categorize key information: exhibition theme, highlights, logistics (time, tickets), and rules. Discuss how the leaflet organizes info clearly, and take notes on its concise, straightforward language for practical writing.

3.Careful reading
Guide students to conduct a careful reading of the Richeueld Fine Art Exhibition leaflet. Direct their attention to sentence patterns applicable to announcement writing, including those introducing exhibition highlights, specifying schedules, and stating rules. Organize group discussions to identify and categorize these practical structures, then invite each group to share their findings and illustrate how to use them in a trip announcement.
Carry out careful reading of the leaflet, mark out sentences suitable for the trip announcement, such as descriptions of exhibition attractions, meeting arrangements, and museum rules. Then discuss in groups to classify these sentences into modules like activity introduction, travel arrangement, and reminders, take detailed notes of the patterns, and actively contribute to class sharing to enrich the collected expressions.

3. Writing
1.Instruct students to write the full announcement independently, following their group’s outline and applying the sentence patterns and word chunks accumulated from careful reading.
2.Ask students to post their revised announcements on the classroom bulletin board as required by the textbook. Then invite 3-4 students to read their announcements, highlighting strengths.
1.Complete the full announcement draft within 15 minutes, ensuring all key sections from the outline are covered.
2.Display their announcements and read peers’ works, taking notes on effective expressions and structures for future writing.
