I went to my room with it, sat on the bedside, and opened it carefully as if it was a 5 . I was sure that my freckles would 6 so I used the cream all over my body. We sometimes rush through our days, trying to get more done in less time. Often, we feel a lack of(缺乏) control over it. Actually, there are some things we can do to have a healthier relationship with time.
The first step is to be aware of how you spend your time. Record your time for a week or two to see where it’s going. Once we know where our time is going, we can start to make changes.

We choose to spend our time according to what is important to us, but many of us do this without thinking. Sit down and make a list of the most important things you want to spend time on in your life. This will help you make choices in the future.
Once we know how we spend our time, and what we want to spend time on, we can start to make adjustments and set rules. This means putting away things that are not of much importance and making time for the things that are important.

One of the best ways to have a healthy relationship with time is to learn to enjoy the present moment. Take time to enjoy the little things in life, such as a beautiful sunset or a good conversation with friends. Every hour we are alive is a gift.

Another factor is the names of the dishes. Chinese dishes sometimes have
fanciful(想象的) names like “palace guard chicken” or “three fresh things
from the soil”. These are interesting names, but they don’t really tell you what
the dishes are like. 5._______
There’s probably even more to it than that. All I know is that I was very
grateful to have those picture menus when I first came here all those years ago.
