位置灵活,可放在句首、句中或句末(常用句末)

类型1 时间状语(When)
功能:补充说明动作发生的时间、频率
常见形式:时间副词、介词短语(最常用)
时间副词:today, tomorrow, usually, often, every day
介词短语:on Mid-Autumn Day, in January, at 8 o'clock
例句:We eat mooncakes on Mid-Autumn Day.
时间状语拓展与运用
节日相关时间状语:on New Year's Eve, during the holiday
位置:可放句首(逗号隔开)或句末
句首示例:On the Lantern Festival, we eat yuanxiao.
句末示例:They visit relatives during the Spring Festival.
注意:具体日期前用on,月份/年份前用in
类型2 地点状语(Where)
功能:补充说明动作发生的地点、位置
常见形式:地点副词、介词短语(最常用)
地点副词:here, there, everywhere, somewhere
介词短语:on the river, in the city square, at home
例句:They have dragon boat races on the river.
地点状语拓展与运用
节日相关地点状语:in the park, at the temple fair
位置:多放句末,也可放句首(逗号隔开)
句首示例:In the city square, people hold temple fairs.
句末示例:We watch lanterns in the park on Lantern Festival.
注意:小地点前用at,大地点前用in
类型3 方式状语(How)
功能:补充说明动作发生的方式、状态
常见形式:方式副词、by/with开头的介词短语
方式副词:happily, carefully, lively, quickly
介词短语:by wrapping rice, with my family
例句:She celebrates the festival happily with her family.
方式状语拓展与运用
节日相关方式状语:by eating zongzi, with relatives
位置:方式副词放动词后,介词短语放句末
示例1:People make zongzi carefully.
示例2:We celebrate the festival by watching TV.
注意:by后接动词ing形式,with后接名词
类型4 原因状语(Why)
功能:补充说明动作发生的原因、理由
常见形式:because引导的从句、for开头的介词短语
because从句:最常用,回答why引导的问句
for短语:语气较弱,多放句末
例句:People clean homes because they want to sweep away bad luck.

节日相关原因状语:because it means good luck
位置:because从句可放句首(逗号隔开)或句末
句首示例:Because it is a traditional festival, we celebrate it.
句末示例:We wear red clothes because it brings good luck.
注意:because不能与so连用(不能同时出现)
类型5 目的状语(Why)
功能:补充说明动作发生的目的、意图
常见形式:to开头的不定式短语(最常用)
不定式结构:to + 动词原形,表“为了做某事”
可与原因状语区分:目的表“为了什么”,原因表“为什么”
例句:We hang couplets to welcome the new year.
目的状语拓展与运用
节日相关目的状语:to pray for a good year, to show respect
位置:多放句末,也可放句首(强调目的)
句首示例:To welcome the Spring Festival, we buy new clothes.
句末示例:People climb mountains to show respect to the elderly.
注意:to后接动词原形,不能接动名词

表“时间”→时间状语,用When提问

表“原因”→原因状语,用Why提问
表“目的”→目的状语,用Why提问(区分原因)
易混点辨析(原因vs目的状语)
原因状语:回答“为什么做”,说明动作的起因
目的状语:回答“为了做什么”,说明动作的意图
区分技巧:because后接“原因”,to后接“目的”
例句1(原因):We eat yuanxiao because it's a tradition.
例句2(目的):We eat yuanxiao to celebrate the Lantern Festival.
