Many teenagers face different problems in their lives. Here, we will show the main problems, their causes, and some suggestions.
Problems
·Too much stress
·Not enough sleep
·Poor communication with parents
·Feeling lonely or misunderstood (遭误解的)
Main causes
The biggest reason for these problems is mobile phones and the internet. When teenagers use their phones to play games or surf the internet, they easily forget how much time has passed. This makes them spend less time on homework and go to bed late. Another reason is about parents. They don’t have much time to stay with their children, which makes teenagers feel lonely sometimes.
Suggestions
To solve these problems, we need help from schools, teenagers themselves and families.
●For schools: Schools should find good ways to reduce students’ stress. For example, they can give less homework and organize more fun activities, like sports days or art clubs.
●For teenagers: Teenagers need to learn to manage their time well. They can make a daily plan, such as finishing homework first before using phones. They should also limit their screen time—for example, only using phones for 1 hour after school.
●For families: Parents should spend more time with their children. For example, they can have dinner together every day and talk about their children’s school life or hobbies.
根据材料内容选择最佳答案,并将其标号填入题前括号内。

Last summer, my family and I took a trip to a small coastal (沿海的) village named Koh Chang. It was a three-hour drive from our city. The moment we arrived, I was amazed by the clean air and the sound of waves (波浪).
We stayed in a small house near the beach. On the first day, we built sandcastles (沙堡) and swam in the blue sea. The water was clean and cool. In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious seafood dinner at a local restaurant. The fish was the best I had ever tasted.
The most meaningful part was meeting an old fisherman. He had a small boat and offered to take us fishing early the next morning. ▲ During the trip, he shared many stories about his life at sea. He told us about the different types of fish and how to read the weather from the clouds. I learned that the fisherman was very knowledgeable (知识渊博) about the ocean. He also taught us how to throw a fishing net. It was harder than it looked, but we had a lot of fun trying.
We returned with a few small fish, which we set free back into the water. That afternoon, we flew kites on the beach before heading home.
The trip was short but wonderful. I not only enjoyed the beautiful sights but also learned a lot from the fisherman. It was more than just a vacation. It was a valuable lesson about nature and life.

Robots seem very new to most people. But they have a long history.
The first one was made by a Greek inventor. You may have seen robots in some films. The robots in these films are stronger, faster and cleverer than people. In real life, most robots are used in factories. They are used to do many dangerous, difficult or boring jobs. Some people can’t look after themselves and robots are used to help them. For example, some people can’t see. Many of these people use a dog to help themselves move around. This dog is called a guide dog. Scientists are making a robot to help them. In the future, robot dogs might take the place of these guide dogs.
Robots are also used in American hospitals. At one hospital, a robot takes meals from the kitchen to the sick people’s rooms. It never loses its way because it has a map of the hospital in its computer system.

例文
Last week, I visited the International Robot Show in Sunshine Town. I learned that robots can change our lives in both good and bad ways.
On the one hand, robots can help with housework like washing clothes, cooking and cleaning. This gives me more free time for my hobbies, such as reading and drawing.
On the other hand, robots may catch viruses and cause trouble. For example, they might put breakfast into the washing machine or throw shirts into the bin. Then people have to send them back to the robot shop.

I learned that the fisherman was very knowledgeable (知识渊博的) about the ocean. He also taught us how to throw a fishing net. It was harder than it looked, but we had a lot of fun trying.
We returned with a few small fish, which we set free back into the water. That afternoon, we flew kites on the beach before heading home.

At one hospital a robot takes meals from the kitchen to the sick people’s rooms. It never loses its way because it has a map of the hospital in its computer system.
