Bullying is a common problem for many children. If you are being bullied, here's a list of things you can do. 1 Many bullied teens do not tell adults (成年人) because they feel scared, and they believe they should be able to deal with the problem alone. 2 Talk to a trusted adult who can help you develop a plan to end the bullying. If the first adult you talk to is not helpful, find another one who will support (支持) and help you.
Never blame (责怪) yourself for a bully's actions. 3 If bullies know they are getting to you, they are likely to hurt you more. If possible, try to stay as calm as you can when you face the bully directly in the moment. 4

Who help you most in your everyday life, families, charities, or friends? Don't forget about your neighbors! Neighbors help you more than anyone else in your daily life. 1 What does it take to be a good neighbour? Here is some advice:
2 One of the most important things in being a good neighbour is to respect a person's privacy (隐私). If you go rushing over as soon as new neighbors move in, they may think you are going to come over at all hours of the day, not respecting their privacy.
3 This can not only help you get on with them, but will also be a kind of protection for your family and home. 4 If you are friendly to them, they are much more likely to watch out for anything wrong going on around your home while you are out and let you know if anything happens.
Another way of being a good neighbour is to be helpful in their hour of need. If you see that they are in need of a helping hand, it is good to offer your help. 5
In a word, if you respect a person's privacy, treat them kindly and be helpful when you see they are in need, you will be a great neighbour and anyone would be happy to have you next door!
A. Good fences (栅栏) make good neighbors.
B. They will do the same if you are in trouble.
C. So it is important to have good neighbors.
D. It is always a good idea to be friendly to everyone in the neighbourhood.
E. Surely you need to find a way to get in touch with the neighbour if you are in trouble.
F. If you wave as they drive by or offer a friendly hello while they are out to work, they will think you respect them.

Having worries is a part of life, but in some ways, it's not so bad. 1 Read the following tips, and you might put your worries to the side.
Start your day with deep breaths. 2 "How can I finish all this? What if I don't have enough time? What if I let people down?" Start your day with 30 to 60 seconds of deep breathing. It will make you feel relaxed.
3 This is the simplest and most useful way, yet often hard to do. All the "what ifs" are about the future. The upcoming difficulties you are worrying about have not happened yet. So focus on the present, and tell yourself you will work out the problems soon.
Enjoy a hot drink slowly. Having something hot can lower your blood pressure and help you calm down. Coffee, hot chocolate or tea works for this. 4 This will help you forget your worries for a while.
Try meditation (冥想) to relax. Many people use meditation to clear their minds. You can sit with your legs crossed in a comfortable place. You can also put your hands on your knees and close your eyes. Think about something relaxing. 5
A. Stay in the present.
B. Soon, you can feel better.
C. Think about the future carefully.
D. Take time to drink it and focus on the taste.
E. It can help you to get over fears and deal with anger.
F. When you wake up to a lot of work, the worry begins.
