Title: My Beautiful Hometown – Suzhou
Content:
My hometown Suzhou is a charming city in the east of China. It is famous for its classical gardens and canals. It takes about 30 minutes by high-speed train from Shanghai.
When you visit Suzhou, you must go to the Humble Administrator’s Garden. It is well worth a visit. You can walk along the stone paths and get a taste of ancient Chinese life. Don’t miss the local food, Songshu Guiyu (Squirrel Fish). It tastes sweet and sour.
At sunset, the boats on the canal look golden. You will have a great time here. As the poem says, "Bowing, in homesickness I’m drowned." Suzhou is not just a place; it is a warm memory forever.
Analysis:
Key Words: charming, classical, well worth, get a taste of.
Highlight Sentences:
"It is well worth a visit." (它非常值得一游。)
"You can get a taste of ancient Chinese life." (你可以体验古老的中国生活。)
