The sky was overcast with dark clouds. Moonbeams streamed in through a window. Immediately, an absolute darkness ruled the forest. The moon was so bright that it shone the earth like snow. The clear and cloudless sky is as blue as the calm sea. Warm sunshine poured over the trees. The beach was bathed in the golden sunshine. The burning sun beat down on my head. The sun is shining brightly and the stream is clear. A brilliant ray of sunlight burst through the window. The sky turned to fire when the sun sank in the west. The sunlight shone through the window ,lying on the floor like sweet honey. The soft wind/breeze kissed the treetops. The storm came pouring down. The wind howled and the sea roared. The needle-cold wind pierced(刺)her face. Lightning and thunder raged with fury. (雷电交加,怒不可遏) A curtain of rain beat down from the heavens. The day was bright, with a fresh breeze blowing. They listened to the wind whistling(呼啸)through the forest. The night settled and the thunder rolled in the distance. What’s worse, the temperature dropped dramatically. Suddenly, the storm thickened, winds came in gusts, and rain poured in torrents. 忽然,阴云密布,狂风怒号,大雨倾盆。 The cows are roaming(漫步,徘徊)on the grassland. A thick mist hung over the town. The mountain towers into the sky. The hills are enveloped in dense(浓的)fog. The lake is covered with a layer of mist. The breathtaking scenery captured everyone. The grass in the field smelt fresh and sweet. Roses were in fill bloom, perfuming the whole garden. A wisp of smoke is curling up from the kitchen chimney. She lay on the bank, listening to the ripple of the stream. The pond was bathed in a golden colour by the gentle sunlight and the water was as clear as crystal. The spring rain soaked into(浸润)the fields and quickened the earth. The sun in summer is like a big ball of fire, making people nowhere hide. The leaves were yellow, falling like butterflies. $
