Doodle(涂鸦)fun designs on your sneakers
Welcome to Doodle On Things! My journey began as a simple hobby, doodling on anything I could get my hands on—from old sneakers to baseballs. Each piece I create is inspired by my everyday experiences and bursts of creativity that I just can't keep to myself. My wish is to bring a bit of joy and colour into everyday objects, making the ordinary extraordinary. Thank you for joining me on this artistic adventure! It's such a great way to show off our unique personalities!
What you'll need:
•White sneakers
•Pencils and white erasers
•Waterbased paint pens
•Tissue paper or newspaper
Preparation:
•Ask a parent for permission before you decorate a pair of sneakers.
• ▲ You can pick a theme like foods, pets, or music or draw a mix of things.
•Pick a palette(一组颜色). You could use all the colours in the rainbow or stick to a simple blackandwhite scheme. You could also choose a limited palette. Black and yellow were used for the dog sneaker shown in the above picture, for example.
•If you want a surface that does not change much in shape when it is pressed for drawing, stuff sneakers with tissue paper or newspaper.
Steps of doodling:
•Lightly draw the outline of a design in pencil first. Use a white eraser to carefully make any corrections to the pencil lines. Remember to clean the eraser dust completely.
•Use the paint pens to make doodles. To keep the colours clean and bright, start with lighter colours and let them dry. You can use a fan to speed up the drying process.
•Once the lighter colours are dry, it's time to layer on the darker colours. Dark colours, such as black for outlines, can really make your design pop. Wait for them to dry completely and your sneakers with the amazing doodle are ready to be admired!
