‹#›
句型天地 / Sentence Patterns
Let's make some sentences!
1.7.2013
Great job! Now we know the words. Next, we will learn how to use them in sentences. Welcome to the Sentence Patterns World!
‹#›

核心句型结构
Don't + 动词原形 (表示“不要做某事”)
Don't push in the fun house.
(不要在娱乐室推搡)
Don't push on the hill.
(不要在山上推搡)
1.7.2013
This sentence pattern is very important for safety. 'Don't' plus a verb means we should NOT do that action. For example, 'Don't push' means we shouldn't push others. It's dangerous.
‹#›
You can + 动词原形
核心句型 Structure
You can + 动词原形 (表示“你可以做某事”)
例句 1: 运动与欢呼
You can jump and run and shout.
你可以跳、跑和大声呼喊。
例句 2: 探索与观察
You can climb and look about.
你可以攀爬并四处看看。
1.7.2013
This pattern tells us what we CAN do. 'You can' plus a verb means it's safe and okay to do that action. For example, 'You can jump' means jumping is a safe activity to do.
‹#›
看图造句
Task: Look at the pictures and make sentences with 'Don't...' or 'You can...'.
Running in the classroom is dangerous.
Jumping rope is a good exercise.
We should be quiet in the library.
Pushing others on the slide is bad.

Now it's your turn to practice. Look at these four pictures. For each picture, decide if it's a safe action or not, and then make a sentence using 'Don't...' or 'You can...'. Let's try the first one together.

‹#›
