五、阅读理解
In 2008, a big earthquake hit Wenchuan. But at Sangzao Middle School in Mianyang, Sichuan, something amazing happened.
The headmaster, Mr Ye Zhiping, cared a lot about students’ safety. He made the school do earthquake drills every year. Before the drills, he taught students what to do. When the earthquake came, students were in class. But they were not scared. They quickly hid under their desks as they learned. After the first shake, they followed their teachers and ran out of the classrooms in line. They covered their heads with their hands. The teachers helped them and made sure no one was left behind.
