Our school held a special activity last month. It was
called “Exercise Month”. The main aim of this activity was
to encourage students to take more exercise.

During Exercise Month, many different kinds of
activities were organized. First, there was a morning jogging
program. Every morning, students and teachers gathered on
the playground on time. We jogged together for about
twenty minutes. The fresh air in the morning made us feel
energetic. This not only helped everyone warm up for the
day but also improved their physical condition.
Secondly, an exciting exercise competition was held.
Different classes formed teams to take part in different

games and rope skipping contests. When we competed, we
cheered for our classmates loudly. Students showed great

exercise, healthy eating habits like eating more fruit and
vegetables, and how to avoid common sports injuries, such
as not doing exercise too hard suddenly. The students
listened carefully and got a lot of useful knowledge.
At the end of Exercise Month, a ceremony was held to
award those excellent classes and students. The students who
had actively taken part in the activities and made great
progress in their physical fitness were praised.
This “Exercise Month” was really a great success. It not
only made students more aware of the importance of
exercise but also brought us a lot of fun. We also learned
that teamwork can make everyone stronger. We hope there
