Unit 2 Improving yourself Developing ideas Valuable Values 教学设计 课题 Valuable Values 课型 Reading 主题语境 人与自我——自我管理与提升 教材分析 课文语篇类型为说明文，先是提出问题——中学生面临如何花钱的问题，然后提出给出一个正面的例子，接着给出解决办法——“四罐”理财法，之后介绍“四个罐子”教会我们的价值理念及其深远目标。引导学生通过学习有效的金钱管理方法，学会进一步提出自己对于金钱和金钱管理的看法，真正认识到有效的金钱管理会对人生产生深远的影响。阅读重点在于理解“四个罐子”传递给我们的四个价值理念之间层层递进的关系，从自我满足到自我提升再到帮助他人，从而加深学生对于 Improving yourself 这一单元主题的理解。 学情分析 本节课授课对象为高二年级学生，本阶段的学生词汇量有明显上升，具备一定的阅读理解能力，但缺乏对文本的全面分析能力，批判性思维和口语表达能力以及写作能力都需要加强。课文难度适中，话题贴近学生生活，学生能读懂课文并且对这个话题感兴趣，因此在授课中注重引导学生理清文章结构，理解文章主旨。 教学目标 At the end of the class, students are able to: Read the passage and get the structure of it.
