Traveling to Antarctica is a big adventure.The journey is full of challenges.The freezing cold makes it hard for people to move.Strong winds push against them，making it tough to pull the sledges.Sometimes，the sledges broke down，causing delays.In the darkness，it's easy to get lost.The extreme snow conditions also lead to diseases as the body suffers.Many explorers had difficulty walking on icy surfaces.
