教学过程
一、热身导入(5分钟)
1. 师生问候
教师用英语和学生打招呼: Hello, boys and girls! Good morning! How are you today? 引导学生回应,营造轻松的课堂氛围。
2. 复习旧知
教师带领学生回顾上一课写明信片的内容,用 What did Jenny write on the postcard? 提问,学生回答,为新课“寄明信片”做铺垫。
3. 情境导入
教师展示邮局的图片,说: Last lesson, Jenny wrote a postcard. Today, she and Danny want to send it. Where is the post office? Let's find out! 引出课题 Sending the Postcards,板书并带领学生齐读课题。
二、新知学习(15分钟)
1. 学习问路和指路句型
教师扮演迷路的人,学生扮演警察,练习:
Excuse me, where's the post office?
Go straight. Turn left at the traffic lights.

互换角色,反复练习,直到学生熟练掌握。
2. 学习购物句型
教师扮演店员,学生扮演顾客,练习:

3. 学习对话内容
播放课文动画,学生观看并理解大意:Jenny和Danny向警察问路,然后去邮局买邮票。Jenny买了两张邮票寄给加拿大的父母,Danny却在写九张明信片寄给他妈妈,结果格式写错了。
逐句讲解对话,重点讲解:
Excuse me, where's the post office? Go straight. Turn left at the traffic lights.
I need stamps for two postcards to Canada. How much are they? They are twenty yuan. I'll take them, please.
What are you doing? I'm writing nine postcards to my mother.
Oh, no! Danny, you are wrong. Oops!
三、操练巩固(15分钟)
1. 课文跟读与表演
播放课文录音,学生逐句跟读,模仿语音语调,重点练习Danny天真的语气和Jenny惊讶的语气。
邀请几组学生上台扮演角色,表演对话,鼓励加入动作和表情。
2. Look and write练习
教师示范: How much is this cap? It's fifteen yuan.
学生根据图片和价格标签,完成句子:
How much is that cap? It's fifteen yuan.
How much are these stamps? They are eight yuan.
How much are those shoes? They are thirty yuan.
学生独立完成后,小组内互相朗读,巩固 How much...? 句型。
3. Look and talk练习
教师示范问路和指路:Excuse me, where is the post office? Go straight. Turn right at Fuxing Road. You will see the post office on the left.
学生两人一组,根据地图练习问路和指路,如:
A: Excuse me, where is the book shop?
B: Go straight. Turn left at Zhonghua Road. You will see the book shop on the right.
小组内互相展示,巩固问路和指路句型。
四、拓展运用(5分钟)
创设“城市向导”情境,学生两人一组,一人当游客,一人当向导,用本课所学句型进行问路和指路对话,例如:
A: Excuse me, where is the train station?
B: Go straight. Turn left at the traffic lights. You will see the train station on the left.
鼓励学生大胆表达,培养在真实情境中运用英语的能力。
五、课堂小结(3分钟)
