Unit1 Developing ideas 重点知识点梳理 1. Practise more 多练习(P21) 考点精讲 more 可以用作副词或限定词。 ① more 作副词时，表示程度上的增加、附加或补充。 例：She studies more carefully than her classmates. 她比她的同学学习更认真。 ② more 作限定词时，用于表示数量或程度的增加。 例：I need more time to finish the task. 我需要更多时间来完成这项任务。 拓展 -  more and more  表示“越来越……” 例：I'm becoming more and more interested in music. 我对音乐的兴趣越来越浓厚。 -  more or less  表示“几乎；差不多” 例：The project will be finished more or less next week. 这个项目大约将在下周完成。 2. Li Lin's advice 李琳的建议(P23) 考点精讲 advice 为不可数名词。表示“一条建议”可以用  a piece of advice 。 advice 的动词形式为 advise，常用结构  advise sb. to do sth. ，意为“建议某人做某事”。 例： - She gave me some advice on how to learn English well. 她给了我一些有关如何学好英语的建议。 - Our English teacher advises us to read English every morning. 我们的英语老师建议我们每天早上读英语。 3. It's hard to decide what to do first. 很难决定先做什么。(P23) 考点精讲 ① decide 作动词，意为“决定”。其名词形式为 decision。  decide to do sth.  是固定搭配，意为“决定做某事”。 例： - We decided to join the chess club. 我们决定加入国际象棋俱乐部。 - This is my final decision and I've already decided to do that. 这是我的最终决定，我已经决定做那件事了。 ②  what to do first  是“疑问词+动词不定式”结构，该结构在句中作 decide 的宾语。 例： I don't know what to do. = I don't know what I should do. 我不知道要做什么。   4. It takes one month to finish a book report. 完成一份读书报告要花费一个月的时间。(P23) 考点精讲 ①  It takes (sb.) some time to do sth.  花费(某人)一些时间做某事。 该句型中 it 作形式主语，真正的主语为后面的动词不定式(短语)。 例：It takes me half an hour to do sports every day. 我每天花费半个小时的时间做运动。 ② finish 作动词，意为“结束；完成”。作及物动词时，后常接名词、代词或动词-ing 形式作宾语。 例：I'll finish my homework in ten minutes. 我将在10分钟内完成我的家庭作业。 5. When will you finish reading the book? 你将什么时候读完这本书？(P24) 考点精讲  by oneself  意为“单独；独自”。oneself 为反身代词。 例：I can finish the work by myself. 我可以独自完成这项工作。 6. try your best 尽你自己最大努力(P24) 考点精讲  try one's best  是固定搭配，意为“尽某人的最大努力”。  try one's best to do sth.  意为“尽某人的最大努力做某事”。 例：I will try my best to help you. 我会尽我的最大努力来帮助你。 7. We want to share some thoughts with you. 我们想和你分享一些想法。(P24) 考点精讲 share 作动词，意为“分享；共用”。  share sth. with sb.  是固定搭配，意为“和某人分享/共用某物”。 例：Let me share my happiness with you. 让我和你一起分享我的快乐。 I share a room with my brother. 我和我哥哥共用一个房间。 8. Dad and Mum protected your boat from winds. 爸爸和妈妈保护你的小船免受风的伤害。(P25) 考点精讲 protect 作动词，意为“保护；保卫”。  protect... from...  是固定搭配，意为“保护……免受……”。 from 后若跟动词，要用动词的-ing 形式。 例：Can you protect these plants from the cold weather? 你能保护这些植物免受寒冷天气的伤害吗？ The medicine can protect you from getting sick. 这种药可以保护你不生病。 9. You will go through storms towards the sea. 你将穿过风暴驶向大海。(P25) 考点精讲 through 用作介词，表示从物体空间内部穿过，通常指穿过森林、窗户等。 例：The river runs through the city. 这条河从这座城市中流过。 辨析 through, across 与 over - through：强调从立体空间内部穿过，通常和  city ,  tunnel  等词搭配。 例：The train is going through the tunnel. 火车正在穿越隧道。 - across：强调从表面穿越，通常和  road ,  street ,  bridge  等词搭配。 例：Be careful when you walk across the road. 过马路的时候要当心。 - over：强调越过相对比较高的物体。 例：It's not easy to jump over the wall. 要跳过那面墙并不容易。 学科网（北京）股份有限公司 $
