◇教学过程◇
Step 1 Leading in
1.Greet the class and show some excellent examples of posters about natural wonders to inspire students.
2.Explain the requirements and steps of making a poster.
Step 2 Brainstorming
1.Have students work in groups and discuss the natural wonder they want to feature in their poster.
2.Each group makes a list of key points about the natural wonder,including its location,characteristics,problems it faces,and protection measures.
Step 3 Poster making
1.Guide students to organise their ideas with the help of the provided outline.
2.Encourage students to search for relevant pictures and use them to decorate the poster to make it more attractive.
3.Remind students to use the language tips and expressions learnt in the unit to make the text on the poster accurate and vivid.
Step 4 Share and present
1.Invite each group to present their posters to the class.The presenters should explain the key information on the poster clearly and answer the questions from classmates.
2.Organise the whole class to vote on the best three posters and the best three presentations.Give praise and rewards to the excellent groups to encourage students’ enthusiasm.
Step 5 Reflection
1.Ask students to think about what they have learnt in this unit.
2.Organise a class discussion for students to share their reflections and experiences,and give each other suggestions and support.
◇教学反思◇
通过制作海报和反思活动,学生能够较好地总结单元知识,但在海报制作过程中,部分学生的创意和信息整合能力还有待提高。在今后的教学中,可增加类似的实践活动,培养学生的综合能力和创新思维,同时加强对学生反思能力的引导,帮助他们更好地成长。
