Step 2 Work on 3a 1.Divide the students into groups of 4-6.Each group assigns roles such as recorder，reporter，and timekeeper. 2.Instruct the students to ask each other the questions about their favourite sport or exercise，reasons for liking it，and how often they do it.The recorder in each group fills in the table with the information collected. Step 3 Work on 3b-3c 1.After the discussion and information collection，each group writes a brief report based on the data in the table. 2.Each group selects a reporter to present their report to the class.The reporter should speak clearly and use proper English to describe the group’s findings. 3.After all the groups have presented their reports，lead a class discussion to compare the results.Ask the students to think about which sport is the most popular among all the groups and why. 4.Encourage the students to express their opinions and ideas during the discussion，and use English to communicate effectively with their classmates.
