Use the key language points correctly
(1) 句中的 kind and helpful 是说明性状语,也称作主语补语,其功能是修饰或说明主语的状态、性质或特征,可前置放在句子开头,也可放在主语后。
(2) be ready to do sth. 愿意做某事;准备做某事
1. Kind and helpful, Betty is ready to help anyone any time.
e.g. He is always ready to help others. 他总是乐于助人。We are ready to have the test. 我们已准备好进行测试。
(3) 句中的 any time 也可写作 anytime,意思是“在任何时候”。需要注意的是,any time 是短语,前面可加介词 at,也可以不加;anytime 是副词,前面无需加介词 at。
e.g. Call me (at) any time. I’m always at home.
