How to Protect Ourselves During a Typhoon
Disasters can happen unexpectedly in life. When a typhoon arrives, there is heavy rain and strong wind. Trees may be blown down, and roads can be flooded. It’s very dangerous outside.
To protect ourselves, first, we must not go out at all. Stay at home and close all windows and doors tightly. Second, we should turn off unnecessary electrical appliances to avoid accidents. Also, keep ourselves informed about the typhoon’s movement through the radio or TV.
From this, I have learned that being careful and following safety rules are important. We should always take typhoon warnings seriously to stay safe. Remember: safety must come first.
