一 课程导入设计
导入一 视频导入
老师在上课前,让学生观看动物的短片,通过视频引起学生的学习兴趣,并引入主题。
T: Today we will go to a zoo, and meet different animals. Now let s watch the video and find out what animals are in the zoo.
Ss: Lion, tiger, monkey...
T: Then lets come to know more about these animals.
导入二 图片导入
通过图片向学生提出几个与上节课内容相关的问题,让学生回答,复习上节课所学的同时,引入新的表达方式,然后导入新课。
1. What animal is it?

导入三 游戏导入
老师在上课前,用做游戏的方式活跃课堂气氛,同时回顾上节课所学单词及句式。
T: What animal is it? S1: Its a panda.
T: Do you like pandas? S1: Yes, I do.
T: Why do you like pandas? S1: Because theyre cute.

二 课堂活动设计
(一)听说训练
Game活动1
Invite some students to imitate some animals, and other students guess what animals they are.
Pair-work活动2
Your class will go to a zoo this Sunday. Decide what animal you want to see first and why.
1. Practise the conversation in 1d with your partner. Then make conversations about the other animals in 1a. Use the words in the box.
Example:
A: Whats your favourite animal? B: Its the giraffe.
A: Why do you like giraffes? B: Because theyre interesting.
2. Invite some students to show their conversations.
Role-play活动3
1. Role-play the conversation in 2a.
2. Let students make their own conversations to talk about the animals they know with their partners.
3. Role-play the new conversations.
(Ask several pairs of students to share their conversations with the class.)
(二)写作训练
任务型教学活动1
1. Ask students to write down their answers to the questions in 2b. The teacher can add more questions.
2. Check the answers.
3. Give an outline of the description. Example:Topic

Pair-work
1. Ask students to work in groups and write more words about describing animals.活动2

4. Let some groups read out their sentences.
(三)Project 实践设计
让学生设计动物园地图并进行表述,将动物的名称以及描述动物的形容词运用到实际生活中,结合本单元所学句式及表达进行写作,完成后在课上与大家分享。
