①The 2025 Jiangsu Football City League (联赛) became super popular! It drew millions of people to watch the matches and discuss them excitedly, both online and offline. Why was it so hot?
②First, it gave local people a strong sense of belonging (归属感). When their home team played, they felt proud and excited. Each city showed off its special culture at the games. For example, Lianyungang turned its home matches into a seafood festival, while Yangzhou showed traditional performances during halftime breaks. The match between Huai’an and Yangzhou was even called a “cuisine battle (美食大战)” because both cities are famous for their food traditions. This mix of football with local culture made the games more than just sports events. They brought people together.
③Another reason was that it was easy for everyone to watch the games. Ticket prices were very low, so people could come to enjoy the games, show love for their cities, and share in excitement. Thanks to the Internet, people could also watch the games online and share their thoughts. This way, people turned football into a part of their daily lives.
④Lastly, the players, aged 16 to 40, were mostly common people from all walks of life, such as teachers, students, workers, and so on. This shows that everyone has a chance to shine on the field.

Procrastination (拖延) means putting off tasks you need to do, and it can cause problems such as low grades at school, or poor performance at work. Procrastination can also hurt your health, as it makes you feel stressed, sometimes resulting in illnesses.
Procrastination doesn’t always look like laziness. Sometimes, people work on easier but less important tasks. This can make them feel like they’ re getting things done, but they leave the most important tasks on their to-do lists unfinished.
To stop procrastinating, you must first understand why you procrastinate. You might procrastinate because you don’t think clearly about the task, wait for others to remind you, or believe you work better under pressure.
Changing how you think can help. Often, we think we can finish tasks faster than we really can. But you don’t have to wait until the last minute—starting early gives you more time to get things done and stay organized. Research shows that many people don’t actually do better work when they are in a hurry.
If a task seems too hard, try breaking it up into smaller steps. This means finishing only part of the task first and then the whole task step by step. Making a plan for when to work on tasks can also help. Besides, try to stop things from distracting (使分心) you. For example, put away your phone or go to a quiet room.
Stopping procrastinating is hard, but doing so helps you do better in life.
根据短文内容,判断句子正 (T) 误 (F)。

41. Procrastination can bring some work problems instead of health problems.
42. You are procrastinating if you only finish easier but less important tasks.
43. Not thinking clearly about the task might cause people to procrastinate.
44. Many people can do a little better when they hurry to finish their work.
45. Making a plan for when to work on tasks is a way to stop procrastination.
