I have been learning English since I was 10 years old. Everything I was taught at school was about grammar. Every day, my teacher required us to copy new words 10 times. Gradually, learning English became something boring.
When I was in 9th grade, I happened to see a movie called The Sound of Music. It was so funny that I even imitated the pronunciation of the actors. I learned quite a lot of vocabulary from it, which was an unforgettable learning experience. It was also why I fell in love with the language.
I remember back then, I also downloaded a lot of English songs of Taylor Swift and listened to them every day. It has really improved my listening. Before listening, I always read first and found out what the song was about. While listening, I practised the words again and again. I felt happier when I studied this way.
I can see a huge improvement in my English skills. Thanks to English, I have learned much more about the world around me. The journey towards English language is not always easy, and I still have a long way to go. I won’t, however, give up on it. If you find it difficult to learn English, just follow your heart and find the way you love.

62.根据“The government in every country has worked for many years to support the homeless but more needs to be done.”可知虽然多年来,每个国家的政府一直在努力支持无家可归者,但还有更多工作要做,这就需要我们每个人的理解与支持。F项“我们必须把无家可归的人当作人,而不是仅仅把他们当作问题来看待”。故选F。
63.grammar 64.was required 65.imitated the pronunciation 66.improved 67.Yes, I do. Because I can learn useful vocabulary from English songs and movies.
【导语】本文是一篇记叙文,讲述了作者自己学英语的历程。
63.根据“Everything I was taught at school was about grammar.”可知,当时学校只教语法。故填grammar。
64.根据“Every day, my teacher required us to copy new words 10 times.”可知,每天作者被要求抄写十遍新单词,需用一般过去时被动语态。故填was required。
65.根据“I happened to see a movie called The Sound of Music. It was so funny that I even imitated the pronunciation of the actors.”可知,作者模仿《音乐之声》中演员的发音。故填imitated the pronunciation。
66.根据“I can see a huge improvement in my English skills.”可知,作者的英语技能提升了许多。故填improved。
67.通读全文可知,作者的学习方法被证明是有效,答题时可引用,并适当发挥。故填Yes, I do. Because I can learn useful vocabulary from English songs and movies。
68.What an
【详解】此句是感叹句,句子的核心为名词“experience”,因此用what引导。又“experience”意为“经历”时为可数名词,需用冠词修饰,横线后“interesting”的发音以元音音素开头,因此用“an”。故填What an。
69.how to
【详解】根据中文提示可知,此处用“特殊疑问词+动词不定式”作宾语,如何:how,故填how to。
70.louder than
【详解】事实胜于雄辩是指事情的真实情况比强有力的辩论更有说服力。此句是两个事物在比较,因此用than,其次结合横线前的“speak说话”可以将更有说服力翻译为说得更大声,即speak louder。故填louder than。
71.taken place
【详解】根据中文提示可知,此处缺少“发生”,take place“发生”,句子时态是现在完成时,谓语动词用过去分词,故填taken place。
72.give up
【详解】根据中英文对照可知,空处缺“轻言放弃”的英文give up,固定短语,根据“Whenever you face challenges, never...”可知,空处为祈使句,需动词原形。故填give up。
73.to 74.A 75.development 76.their 77.But 78.are 79.really 80.to have 81.natural 82.losing
【导语】本文是一篇说明文,主要介绍了人工智能的利弊以及如何应对人工智能的冲击。
73.句意:一些人担心自动驾驶出租车可能对社会有害因为它们可能不安全以及让一些司机失业。根据横线前面的“do harm”和后面的“our society”可知,此处缺少介词“to”组成句型“do harm to…对……有害”以表达对社会有害。故填to。
74.句意:2023年3月的一篇报道说,人工智能可以完成人类所能完成工作的四分之一。分析句子结构可知,名词“report”在此作主语,第一次出现表泛指且“report”的发音以辅音因素开头。故填A。
75.句意:如今在欧洲和美国,随着人工智能的发展,3亿人可能会失去工作。根据横线前后的定冠词“the”和介词“of”可知此空需填名词,因此将括号内的动词“develop发展”改成其对应的名词development。故填development。
76.句意:如今在欧洲和美国,随着人工智能的发展,3亿人可能会失去工作。此空后为可数名词复数“jobs”,因此括号内的人称代词需变成其对应的形容词性物主代词their修饰限定“jobs”。故填their。
77.句意:但并非都是坏消息。结合上文所述人工智能带来的坏处和“it’s not all bad news”可知,此处发生了转折,要开始说好消息了。故填But。
78.句意:科学家说当下仍然有一些工作是人工智能无法完成的。此句在考查存现句“there be”结构,该句主语为第三人称复数“jobs”,且全文时态为一般现在时。故填are。
79.句意:第一份工作很有创造性:人们应该不时地提出新想法。分析句子结构可知,此处需要副词修饰形容词“creative”,因此需将括号内的形容词“real真正的”改为其对应的副词“really真正地”。故填really。
80.句意:第二份工作需要人们对人际关系有非常深刻的理解。根据句型“need sb to do sth需要某人做某事”可知,此处需把括号内的动词原形“have”改成其对应的动词不定式to have。故填to have。
81.句意:第三份工作需要人们的天赋和精湛的手工技能,比如艺术家。横线后为名词“talents天赋”,因此需将括号内的名词“nature”改成其对应的形容词natural以修饰限定“talents”。故填natural。
82.句意:简而言之,找到一份适合社会变化的工作是避免失业的好方法。“avoid”后须跟动名词作宾语,因此需将括号内的动词“lose”改成其对应的动名词形式losing。故填losing。
83.
Changes in My Hometown
There are many changes in my hometown.
For the environment, roads were narrow, water was not that clean and there were small schools everywhere in the past. But now roads are wider, water is cleaner and schools are bigger.
For the transportation, we could see a few buses and taxis on the streets in the past. We can only use cash to buy tickets. But now everything has changed. There are more buses and taxis. More conveniently, we can buy tickets online.
For other aspects, we used to live in the small and dirty rooms. But now we have moved into new flats, which are big and comfortable. Many of us go to work by bus or by car instead of on foot or by bike.
Thanks to these changes, I can live a convenient and happy life.
