Hello, everyone! I am very happy to give a talk here. As you know, we have to face different pressure every day. Many students feel stressed because we have too much homework and no time for sports.Some can’t get along well with parents because they always expect us to be perfect. Others worry about exam results. Sometimes we even feel lonely when no one understands us.

To solve these problems, first, we should make time for exercise like running or playing basketball. Second, talking to teachers, parents or friends helps share our feelings. Third, listening carefully in class and studying hard can make us feel more confident. Finally, keeping a diary or listening to music also works.
