I highly recommend the tai chi collective for you. Unlike high-intensity workouts that might feel overwhelming at first, tai chi combines gentle movements with deep breathing, perfect for beginners. Besides, the members are mostly warm-hearted seniors who are always happy to guide newcomers. Not only will you keep fit, but you can gain a deeper insight into traditional Chinese culture. Here are tips to make your first experience smoother. First, wear loose clothes and flat shoes to move freely. Second, arrive earlier to make yourself known to the group leader. Don’t worry if you can’t keep up at first — patience is key with tai chi! I’m sure you’ll love it! Yours, Li Hua 第二节 (满分25分) One day, Emily handed me an application form. “You’re ready,” she said with a confident smile. It was for a local body-building show, the very thing I’d once feared. My heart raced as I looked at the form, but then I thought of all the progress I'd made. I took a deep breath and filled it out, determined to face my fear. I knew this was a chance to prove to myself that I could achieve something I never thought possible.   Soon, I jumped into weeks of preparation. Every day, I spent hours in the gym, following Emily’s strict workout plan. I also paid close attention to my diet, making sure I got the right nutrients. As the show day drew near, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. But with Emily’s constant encouragement and support, I felt more and more confident. Finally, the big day arrived, and I stepped onto the stage, ready to show the world what I’d accomplished. 1.What keeps Jenny in a good state? Combine that with the stress from your new job, and it’s no wonder you feel this way. M: I guess you are right. I’ve been skipping meals to work, and then I am too tired to exercise. Here’s a question from our audience: How many hours of sleep should we aim for? M: Well, I normally sleep for 7 hours. But your brain stays remarkably active while you sleep. Brain activity during sleep is vital for brain health and for strengthening memories. W: Amazing. So our brain never really shuts down? M: Exactly. While certain functions like decision-making take a break, other parts are still hard at work, especially when we dream. W: That’s new to me! So, does that mean we’re not truly resting at all? M: Well, our body does — most of our muscles do. However, it’s true that the brain doesn’t completely rest, but it’s a different type of activity. It shifts its focus to repairing itself, sorting what we’ve learned, and preparing for the next day. W: So how can we ensure a good night’s sleep while facing so much stress? I think I have too much fat, so I’ve decided to cut out my meals and eat these only. W: What? Ted, you need to have a balanced diet including vitamins, minerals, fiber and so on. M: Don’t worry, Amelia. The ads say the energy bar contains all the nutrients you’ve mentioned. They say it can be a perfect substitute for daily meals. W: Oh, don’t get fooled by those ads, Ted. Let’s welcome Professor Beth today to give us some tips. Hi professor! W: Hi! Actually, it’s not just skin that needs to be protected from the sunlight. Eyes need this protection, too. M: That’s news to me. How can we do this? W: For example, wearing sunglasses can block out 99% to 100% of UV light. M: You mean those cool-looking glasses with dark lenses? W: Well, actually, dark lenses aren’t necessarily UV-protected, and can thus be more harmful to your eyes. M: So, we should pay attention to the UV protection ability of the sunglasses. W: Exactly. Another surprising thing is that gardening, home repairs and sports can all pose risks to the eyes. M: These are all common household chores and activities! What should we do? W: Wearing sports glasses as eye protectors can be useful, so as to avoid accidents like being hit by small rocks. M: That sounds pretty easy and effective. Now that the program is coming to an end, are there any other tip you’d like to give us, professor? W: Though it’s already common knowledge, it’s still worth mentioning that staring at a screen for long can leave eyes exhausted and result in further consequences. A mere 20-second break every 20 minutes can be of great help. M: It seems fairly practical but I believe many will still find it hard to develop this habit. Even 2 hours in front of a screen feels like a flash. Thank you today for your sharing, Professor Beth. 18.What do the “digital pickled vegetables” refer to? A.A new type of vegetable. B.Videos people watch while eating. C.Digital games suitable for family members. 19.What could the “digital pickled vegetables” result in? A.Eating more automatically. B.Having no appetite gradually. C.Focusing one’s attention on food. 20.What is the speaker doing? A.Introducing a TV program. B.Explaining a phenomenon among young people. C.Telling people how to form a good habit. 【答案】18.B 19.A 20.B 【原文】    W: Have you heard of the “digital pickled vegetables”? It refers to the videos people watch while eating that make their food more appetizing. Nowadays many young people in China are kept company by TV shows or short videos during a meal. They believe that their food is tastier with the “digital pickles”. Can this habit affect your diet? According to a research paper published in 2019, you may eat more unconsciously. The research team asked 62 volunteers to follow different eating patterns on four different days. The patterns included eating while looking at the mobile phone, reading magazines and without distraction. After analyzing their diets, the team discovered that when eating with a distraction, our attention can be distracted, which leads to eating more than expected. This study suggests that if you’re eating or drinking while your attention is distracted by a highly engaging task, you’re less likely to be able to tell how full you feel. This works not only for eating meals but other demanding tasks as well. A I have way more mental and physical energy to pursue my dreams when I'm calm and well rested. When I’m exhausted and tired out, I struggle through my day, attending to only the essentials. “Taking care of your body and mind — by getting enough sleep, whole foods and movement — sets a foundation in place,” says Dr Swart, “from which you have far greater ability and energy to build your bigger dreams and projects.” Tip 1 __41__ : Try Yoga Nidra, a guided lying-down meditation (冥想), also known as “yogic deep sleep”, which eases you into complete mental and physical relaxation. For me, just 20 minutes in the middle of my day is a game-changer, especially if I haven’t had enough sleep. There are lots of free practices online. My favourite is Richard Miller’s iRest, available on YouTube. CAUTION: While Yoga Nidra can be a great way to relax, think twice if you’re feeling physically uncomfortable, as the position may worsen your discomfort. Tip 2 WALK: Take a 35-minute walk, ideally before 8 am. Exposure to bright light first thing improves our mood and increases our energy, as does movement. This is especially important in winter, when lower light levels mean our bodies produce more melatonin (which makes us feel sleepier), as well as less serotonin, a mood-boosting chemical. CAUTION: Walking is not recommended if you’re dealing with an injury or are feeling extremely exhausted, as it might put additional stress on your body. Tip 3 COOK: Visit a farmers’ market and see what you're drawn to — perhaps the orange rounds of tomatoes, or the deep green leaves of kale If you’re not sure what to cook with your purchases, follow your heart, or search online (or the recipes in your cookbooks) for ideas. As you cook, feel the process: it could be the feel of your knife cutting through potatoes, the smell of sausage, or the sight of dark-purple vegetables transformed into a red soup. CAUTION: Cooking is not the best option if you’re feeling rushed or distracted, as it might cause frustration instead of relaxation. Tip 4 CONNECT: Friendship is fundamental to our physical and mental wellbeing. Connect, via phone or in person, with those friends who are your supporters; the ones who believe in you and are cheering for you to realise your dreams. And dare to share these with them. CAUTION: If you’re emotionally drained or needing time to recharge, it might not be the best moment to have deep or demanding conversations. 21.What is the passage mainly intended to do? A.To introduce some useful health products. B.To present four stages of achieving dreams. C.To provide guidance on how to care for ourselves. D.To highlight the importance of a healthy lifestyle. 22.Which of the following words best fills in the blank of the passage? A.PRACTICE. B.REST. C.TRAVEL. D.NURSE. 23.John is a customer service manager of a shopping mall. For a whole day, he answered numerous phone calls and rushed to different spots in the mall to handle various emergencies and customer complaints. After a day of work, he felt tired out, hoping to enjoy his own personal life. Which two tips may work for John best? A.Tip 1 and Tip 3. B.Tip 1 and Tip 2. C.Tip 3 and Tip 4. D.Tip 2 and Tip 4. 根据第一段中的“Taking care of your body and mind — by getting enough sleep, whole foods and movement — sets a foundation in place,” says Dr Swart, “from which you have far greater ability and energy to build your bigger dreams and projects.”(斯沃特博士说:“通过充足睡眠、摄入天然食物和坚持运动来关爱自己的身心,会为你打下坚实的基础,在此之上,你将拥有更强的能力和更多的能量去构建更宏大的梦想和项目。”)” 根据Tip 1中的“Try Yoga Nidra, a guided lying-down meditation (冥想), also known as “yogic deep sleep”, which eases you into complete mental and physical relaxation.(尝试瑜伽休息术(Yoga Nidra),这是一种引导式的仰卧冥想,也被称为“瑜伽深度睡眠”,能让你进入全身心完全放松的状态。)” 根据Tip 1中的“eases you into complete mental and physical relaxation(让你进入全身心完全放松的状态)”和“For me, just 20 minutes in the middle of my day is a gamechanger, especially if I haven’t had enough sleep(对我来说,白天20分钟就能带来巨大改变,尤其睡眠不足时)”可知休息缓解疲惫;根据Tip 3中的“feel the process: it could be the feel of your knife cutting through potatoes, the smell of sausage, or the sight of dark-purple vegetables transformed into a red soup(感受过程:可能是切土豆的触感、香肠的香气或蔬菜熬汤的景象)”,可知烹饪能让他专注个人体验,符合“享受个人生活”需求。 故选A项。 B At 75, Joan Elizabeth couldn’t decide what to do next to keep her mind sharp and body fit. As a lifelong teacher, she could either return to the role of student by taking a college course, or try initial training for Les Mills’ BODYFLOW, a new generation yoga class. She chose the latter. She was looking for a new challenge and new experience. Stepping back into the role of student made her both excited and nervous. Her goal was not to earn full certification, but rather to experience a Les Mills initial training and expand her knowledge base. Her many years of dance and fitness helped her feel confident about learning the choreography (编舞) required for the training. “My approach was to learn the track as a dance to be performed on stage,” she explained. Physical fitness has always been a central part of Joan’s life. She’s been a dancer, choreographer, and physical education teacher. She added Tai Chi instructor to her resume (简历) in her 70s when she earned a Tai Chi certification. “My father was a master in Tai Chi Chuan. He was a strong influence in my returning to Tai Chi,” said Joan. “I wanted to rearrange my fitness program and get back to my roots. Tai Chi has helped me mentally and emotionally focus on balance, core strength, relaxation, meditation, and better sleep patterns.” While Joan attended as a student, she ended up teaching the entire group many valuable lessons. Les Mills Instructor Jessica Griffin said Joan showed her what is possible in fitness and life. “She truly inspired the rest of us and showed us age is not a factor,” says Griffin. “We are all capable, even as senior citizens, to continue our growth, knowledge, and learning.” 24.What was Joan’s goal for BODYFLOW? A.To get certification. B.To boost confidence. C.To gain new knowledge. D.To become a choreographer. 25.What can we infer about Joan from Paragraph 3? A.She disliked dancing. B.She was weak in fitness. C.She had rich experiences. D.She feared learning choreography. 26.What made Joan learn Tai Chi? A.Her love for yoga. B.Her teaching career. C.Her students’ request. D.Her father’s influence. 27.What does the text mainly convey? A.Practice makes perfect. B.It’s never too old to learn. C.Rome was not built in a day. D.Where there is a will, there is a way. 根据第二段“Her goal was not to earn full certification, but rather to experience a Les Mills initial training and expand her knowledge base.(她的目标不是获得全面认证,而是体验Les Mills的初始培训并扩展她的知识基础)”可知,Joan参加BODYFLOW的目标是为了获得新知识。故选C项。 25. 根据第三段“Physical fitness has always been a central part of Joan’s life. The study was conducted by US and Canadian researchers. They found that, from 1990 to 2018, people aged between 3-19 increased their sugar-sweetened beverage (饮料) intake from 2.9 servings per week to 3.6 servings per week. A standard serving was recorded as 248g. “This study highlights the need for targeted education and policy interventions to change behavior early on and prevent the adverse outcomes associated with sugar-sweetened beverage intake in childhood, ”says first author Dr. Laura Lara-Castor, who completed the study at Tufts University, USA. The researchers analyzed data from 185 countries. They looked for “ sugary-sweetened beverages”, which they defined as any beverage with added sugar and more than 209 kilojoules (千焦耳) of energy per 237g of drink. This included homemade drinks, soft drinks, energy drinks, fruit drinks and punch. It didn’t include pure fruit and vegetable juices, artificially sweetened drinks, and sweetened milk. Over the time period, children and adolescents increased their sweetened beverage intake twice as fast as adults. But total amounts of sugary drink varied from region to region. In South Asia in 2018, children drank 1.3 servings of sugary drink per week, while in Latin America and the Caribbean, they drank 9.1 servings per week. The largest increase was in sub-Saharan Africa, where children went from drinking 1.6 to 2.9 sugary drinks per week over the time period. “Our findings should raise alarm bells in nearly every nation worldwide,” says senior author Professor Dariush Mozaffarian, from Tufts University. “The intakes and trends we’re seeing cause a significant threat to public health, one we can and must address for the future of a healthier population.” 28.What does the underlined word “adverse” in paragraph 2 mean? A.Obvious. B.Harmful. C.Interesting D.Doubtful. 29.Which of the following is regarded as a sugary-sweetened beverage? A.Sweetened milk. B.Green tea. C.Pure fruit juice. D.Energy drinks. 30.What might Professor Mozaffarian agree with? A.Africa consumed the most sugar in the last decade. B.Homemade drinks are better than sweetened ones C.It is urgent to deal with too many intakes of sugar. D.The data collected for the research are not typical. 31.Which is a suitable title for the text? A.Children Worldwide Are Drinking More Sugary Drinks B.US and Canadian Researchers Jointly Conducted a Study C.Action Should Be Taken to Reduce the Amount of Sugar D.Amounts of Sugary Drink Varied from Region to Region 【答案】28.B 29.D 30.C 31.A 【导语】本文体裁为新闻报道。 根据最后一段“The intakes and trends we’re seeing cause a significant threat to public health, one we can and must address for the future of a healthier population.(我们所观察到的摄入量和趋势对公众健康构成了重大威胁,而我们能够并且必须采取措施来应对这一问题,以实现更健康的人口未来)”以及第二段“prevent the adverse outcomes associated with sugar-sweetened beverage intake in childhood(预防儿童时期摄入含糖饮料所带来的adverse后果)”可知,研究呼吁预防儿童摄入含糖饮料带来的“不良后果”,“adverse”应表示“有害的、不良的”。故选B。 29. 根据第三段“This included homemade drinks, soft drinks, energy drinks, fruit drinks and punch. These are pre-cooked, seasoned, and packaged meals that require little to no preparation, offering a quick and convenient dining option without sacrificing major taste or nutrition. As people grow increasingly busier, time for cooking has become a rare resource. Prefabricated dishes address this pressing need by offering a significant reduction in meal preparation time. Other factors also contribute to their popularity — such as the convenience of e-commerce and delivery services that allow easy online ordering and quick home delivery, and the role of modern technology like vacuum and adjusted atmosphere packaging slows food spoilage. Along with precise temperature control and bacteria-killing techniques that ensure safety and quality, it is ultimately the fundamental demand for time-saving solutions in a nonstop world that serves as the primary driving force for their widespread acceptance. However, the rise of prefabricated dishes is not without concerns. Health issues remain a primary consideration, as some products contain additives and preservatives, which could pose risks if consumed excessively. Additionally, when compared to traditional freshly prepared meals, they often fall short in keeping the original flavor and nutritional value. In response, governments have carried out stricter safety standards and enhanced quality control measures. Meanwhile, certain manufacturers are actively exploring the use of natural ingredients and reducing additives to improve nutritional composition. As a growing trend in China’s food industry, prefabricated dishes provide undeniable convenience, yet consumers are advised to remain cautious about their dietary choices. The future of the industry relies on balanced development — where convenience, safety, and health can coexist. 32.What is the main reason behind the popularity of prefabricated dishes according to the text? A.The social trend of pursuing a modern lifestyle. B.The government’s strong promotion and support. C.The superior flavor they offer compared to home-cooked meals. (除了确保安全和质量的精确温度控制和杀菌技术外,这最终是在一个不间断的世界中节省时间的解决方案的基本需求,也是其被广泛接受的主要动力。)”可知,预制菜受欢迎的主要原因是其在现代快节奏社会中提供的省时便利性。故选D项。 33.词句猜测题。根据第二段“Other factors also contribute to their popularity — such as the convenience of e-commerce and delivery services that allow easy online ordering and quick home delivery, and the role of modern technology like vacuum and adjusted atmosphere packaging slows food spoilage. (其他因素也有助于它们的普及,例如电子商务和快递服务的便利性,使在线订购和快速送货上门变得容易,以及真空和调节气氛包装等现代技术的作用,减缓了食品的spoilage。)”及常识可知,包装技术的作用是延缓食物变坏,故划线单词spoilage指的是变质、不宜食用的过程。故选C项。 34.细节理解题。根据第一段“In recent years, prefabricated dishes have grown rapidly popular in China. Health issues remain a primary consideration, as some products contain additives and preservatives, which could pose risks if consumed excessively. Additionally, when compared to traditional freshly prepared meals, they often fall short in keeping the original flavor and nutritional value. 根据第一段“In recent years, prefabricated dishes have grown rapidly popular in China. The future of the industry relies on balanced development — where convenience, safety, and health can coexist. In our constant pursuit of productivity and achievement, we often overlook the quality of our daily experiences. We fill our hours with tasks, yet wonder why we so frequently feel exhausted, distracted, or unsatisfied. What if the key to a more fulfilling life isn’t about doing more, but about doing differently? This begins by recognizing that not all activities affect us equally. 36 Understanding what each category truly is helps make better choices. Living activities are the activities that stretch you. They might feel challenging at first, but they match with your values and leave you with a real sense of meaning. 37 These types of experiences take more effort than pleasing activities, but they often help us feel more alive. 38 You don’t need to plan them far in advance or clear out a full afternoon. It might be a walk in nature, listening to your favorite playlist, or calling a friend just to say hello. These are simple joys that don’t require much but offer a genuine reward. One of the biggest misconceptions about fun is that it has to be some grand event. In truth, the most restorative moments often come from these smaller, everyday pleasures. Yielding activities are activities that require little effort but offer little satisfaction. Think of the mindless scanning through social media. Or visualize the repeated check of your inbox without urgency. 39 But when overused, they quietly replace more meaningful experiences. Once you’ve reflected on how you currently spend your time, try making one small shift each day. Choose a pleasing or living activity you would like to engage in more, even something simple like a short walk or trying something new that is consistent with your values. 40 A.Pleasing activities are low-effort, high-reward. B.These activities can be harmless ways to relax. C.The results can be categorized into three primary areas. D.Activities actually can be divided into different categories. E.Instead, people should keep their distance from social media. F.The aim is to trade moments of distraction for ones of full engagement. They might feel challenging at first, but they match with your values and leave you with a real sense of meaning.(“成长型活动”是能让你突破自我的活动。 可知,本空要举例说明成长型活动的具体形式,G选项“It could be learning a new skill that pushes you out of your comfort zone.(它可以是学习一项能让你走出舒适区的新技能。)”能承接上文,符合题意,该选项中的“pushes you out of your comfort zone”与上文的“stretch you”及“challenging”相呼应,表示成长型活动的特点。故选G。 38.由下文“You don’t need to plan them far in advance or clear out a full afternoon. To put it mildly, a “sad day” offers only a temporary 46 and is not a fix for deeper issues. 47 , sometimes a short break can make a substantial difference. Reflect on what has led you to this point: Do your personal relationships need attention? Are you exhausted from your workload and in need of 53 ? It may be a mix of several factors. With three little babies, I never took a break, completely ignoring any self-care. When I was too tired to make myself dinner, I’d just eat the kids’ leftover cereal (麦片粥). I thought this was a great plan to lose some weight and called it the “Cereal for Diet.” Back then,I knew nothing about nutrition. Of course, the Cereal for Diet failed, as did all my other attempts. One day, after cleaning up all the mess my kids had made, I went out for a walk. I passed a gym. I looked away.Healthy people went there, but this was not me. While turning away,I saw an ad for a six-month fitness challenge. I continued my fast walk in the opposite direction, but that sign just stayed on my mind. I still remember what finally motivated me to sign up for the challenge. It was a ten-minute period in which my son threw his spaghetti plate straight up, sending noodles and sauce flying everywhere. As soon as my husband got home,I said, “You’re in charge.” I made a beeline for the gym, marched straight in and said, “Fix me.” And I was assigned a young and fit trainer, Emily. She asked what my goals were for the six-month challenge. At that moment, I was speechless. Noticing my embarrassment, Emily just handed me the heaviest weights I had in my life and said, “Okay, so in six months you will compete in a body-building show.” I tried explaining, “No, I don’t want to do a show. That sounds scary.” She ignored my fear, and we jumped into strict workouts and nutrition planning. Over the next six months, Emily forced me to focus on myself — my wants and my needs. I learned to see food as strength and sweat as progress. I learned how to fuel my body instead of starving it, balancing proteins, carbs, and fats. Emily pushed me past my limits, correcting my form, timing my breaks, and cheering me on when I wanted to quit. I improved every day in the gym. One day, Emily handed me an application form._______________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Soon, I jumped into weeks of preparation.____________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 【参考答案】 One day, Emily handed me an application form. ………………○……………… … 学校:______________姓名:_____________班级:_______________考号:______________________ 2025-2026学年高二英语选择性必修第三册单元自测(山东专用) Unit 2·培优卷 学校:___________班级:___________姓名:___________分数:___________ (时间:120分钟,满分:150分) 注意事项: 1. 1.What keeps Jenny in a good state? B At 75, Joan Elizabeth couldn’t decide what to do next to keep her mind sharp and body fit. D.Her father’s influence. 27.What does the text mainly convey? A.Practice makes perfect. B.It’s never too old to learn. C.Rome was not built in a day. D.Where there is a will, there is a way. C Children and young people around the world have increased their sugary drink consumption by 23% in the last 3 decades, according to a new study. A.Children Worldwide Are Drinking More Sugary Drinks B.US and Canadian Researchers Jointly Conducted a Study C.Action Should Be Taken to Reduce the Amount of Sugar D.Amounts of Sugary Drink Varied from Region to Region D In recent years, prefabricated dishes have grown rapidly popular in China. D.The time-saving convenience they provide in a fast-paced society. 33.The underlined word “spoilage” in Paragraph 2 most probably means the process of ______. A.losing nutritional value B.changing original flavor C.becoming bad or unfit to eat D.being delivered to customers 34.Which of the following best describes the current situation of prefabricated dishes according to the text? A.They are gradually replacing traditional cooking in most households. B.They are achieving widespread acceptance and also arousing doubts. C.They are considered as equally nutritious as freshly prepared meals. D.They have mostly addressed food safety issues through regulations. 35.What is the author’s attitude toward the industry’s future? A.Favorable. B.Objective. C.Critical. D.Indifferent. G.It could be learning a new skill that pushes you out of your comfort zone. Have you ever felt nervous or ashamed to take time off work to care for your mental health? Emily Carter, a writer based in New York, recently posed a similar question online, inspired by Mira Kelton, who unexpectedly 41 from Olympic events to protect her psychological well-being. “It was 42 to many people,” Carter noted in an interview, “because the prevailing (盛行的) mentality is to be strong and push through the pain.” The responses revealed a troubling pattern: due to 43 and professional concerns, numerous employees feel pressured to hide their need for mental health leave. This 44 hesitation points to a significant gap in workplace support systems that urgently needs to be addressed. While the term “sad day”— often used to refer to a mental health day — lacks an official definition, it generally means paid leave taken from sick days. It allows employees who aren’t feeling like themselves to 45 , engage in meaningful activities, or simply take a break from daily stressors. To put it mildly, a “sad day” offers only a temporary 46 and is not a fix for deeper issues. 47 , sometimes a short break can make a substantial difference. Recognizing the need for such time off is not always straightforward. According to Elena Stribling, president of the advocacy group Mental Health America, the signs can be 48 .These may include shifts in mood, slight drops in productivity or difficulty concentrating. Your relationship with your manager will largely determine how open you can be about your reasons. Stribling warned that anxiety or guilt can sometimes lead to 51 . In most cases, experts advise simply stating that you need to take a sick day without going into detail. “Not everybody values mental health,” added Andrew Parker, a clinical psychologist at Riverside Medical Center in Belmont, Mass. “Unless you’ re close with your supervisor, it is a(n) 52 to present your specific needs.” Finally, how you use “sad days” matters. Reflect on what has led you to this point: Do your personal relationships need attention? Are you exhausted from your workload and in need of 53 ? It may be a mix of several factors. Whatever you do, don’t spend the day 54 work messages or feeling guilty. As Stribling emphasized, “Self-care is not a selfish act. 注意: 1.续写词数应为150左右; 2.请按如下格式在答题卡的相应位置作答。 One day, Emily handed me an application form.________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Soon, I jumped into weeks of preparation._____________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 试题 第11页(共8页) 试题 第12页(共8页) 试题 第13页(共8页) 试题 第14页(共8页) 学科网(北京)股份有限公司 $英语听力。请看。听力部分第一节,第一节听下面5段对话,每段对话后有一个小题,从题中所给的ABC3个选项中选出最佳选项。听完每段对话后,你都有10秒钟的时间来回答有关小题和阅读下一小题,每段对话读两遍。现在你有5秒钟的时间阅读第一小题的有关内容。Have you seen Jenny recently? Tip 3 COOK: Visit a farmers’ market and see what you're drawn to — perhaps the orange rounds of tomatoes, or the deep green leaves of kale (羽衣甘蓝). If you’re not sure what to cook with your purchases, follow your heart, or search online (or the recipes in your cookbooks) for ideas. B At 75, Joan Elizabeth couldn’t decide what to do next to keep her mind sharp and body fit. C Children and young people around the world have increased their sugary drink consumption by 23% in the last 3 decades, according to a new study. A.Children Worldwide Are Drinking More Sugary Drinks B.US and Canadian Researchers Jointly Conducted a Study C.Action Should Be Taken to Reduce the Amount of Sugar D.Amounts of Sugary Drink Varied from Region to Region D In recent years, prefabricated dishes have grown rapidly popular in China.
