Day 1  —— 如何写好告知信

告知信分为两类：1.告诉某人在某些方面存在的问题，时态以一般将来时为主，人称可用第三人称和第一人称；2.告知某人有某事将发生，时态以一般将来时为主，人称第三人称为主； 3.回复某人关于某事的询问，时态以一般过去时为主，人称可用第三人称和第一人称。

其结构通常如下：

假定你是李华，外教Ryan准备将学生随机分为两人一组，让大家课后练习口语，你认为这样分组存在问题。请你给外教写一封邮件，内容包括；

1. 说明问题；

2. 提出建议。
