Inside a coffee shop in downtown Guangzhou, there is not only a buying craziness of

customers here,Tsai said. The shop offers customers mainly with
acupuncture(针灸)and moxibustion(艾灸),

laid a700-meter-long stretch of road using strawberry-scented(草莓味的)asphalt.

Yes,I think so.Being a team player is a necessary part of life.Whether it is just
within your family,on a sports team or at work, there are few jobs we can do all by
ourselves.Er...It goes without saying that teamwork plays an important role in our
team's development. In my opinion, team means together everyone achieves more.No one
can be the best at everything. When all of us combine our talents,we can be the best.
Well,in fact, good team players share the following qualities. They are happy and
optimistic().They celebrate the success and learn from the failure. They are helpful
and generous().They are easy-going and try to help other teammates. What's
more, good team players prefer to cooperate()rather than compete with their teammates.
To make the team work best,it is important to make good use of the team members'
strong points and weak points. And then we can find the roles that fit them well.Things
like this can be found almost everywhere. For example,in a soccer team, every player has
to cooperate with his team members to win the games, because every member of the team
has his role.Team works best when there's a balance of different roles. To achieve the
best balance, there should be an organizer to help everyone work on their tasks,a thinker
to offer ideas and ways,a leader to make decisions,an expert to solve many problems, and
one or more doers or finishers to get things done.
There's a saying that goes,"No one is perfect but a team can be.

DThe biggest weakness of human nature is that we don't know how to treasure what
we had. This is exactly the reason why we always think that the grass is greener on the
other side of the fence().Instead of paying attention to modern-day problems,we should
be grateful for what we have and who we are.
2Last week,my washing machine stopped working and wouldn't wash my clothes.I
tried to fix it by searching online, but the repairs were too expensive. Then, this week,
my daughter's older washing machine also broke down.I tried to fix it myself, but it was
beyond repair.Unluckily,I had to buy two new machines now.
3But then,a memory from my childhood came flooding back.I remembered watching
my grandma use an old-fashioned washing machine to wash my dirty clothes. This machine
didn't have a spin cycle(甩干模式),so Grandma would squeeze out every drop of water
from each piece of clothing through a pair of rollers.Once,I even caught my fingers in
them, which was very painful. After washing the clothes,Grandma would pat the machine
lovingly before hanging them outside on the clothesline to dry.She grew up hand-washing
clothes,so having a machine that did most of the work was a blessing()to her.
4Thinking back on this memory made me realize something important.I have more
luxuries()than my grandma, mom, and dad had when they were younger. It's easy
to get caught up in our own world, but remembering where we came from and how far
we've come can help us appreciate what we have today. And who knows?Maybe someday
we'll look back on these moments as the good old days too.We should take a moment to
appreciate the little things in life, whether it's a warm cup of tea or the sound of birds chirping
(in the morning. It's the simple things that make life worth living.
