Today, we’re going to talk about different ways people communicate. Can anyone tell me how you usually talk with your friends? Students: Students might answer with "I talk to them," "I send them messages,""I call my parents” etc. Step 2: Activity 1a (Matching Phrases with Pictures) Teacher: "Great! Now, let's look at the pictures in activity 1a . What do you see in Picture A? Student (S): I see a man calling. T: Yes! he’s calling. How about Picture B? S: They are making a video call. T: Correct! . Let’s match the phrases with the pictures. I’ll give you some minutes .After you finsih them, I'll ask some students to share their answers with the class."
