情态动词 can 的用法
1.用法:本单元情态动词can 重点学习表示能力这一用法 。译为“能、会”,后接动词原形,无人称和数的变化。
例:I can play the violin.(我会拉小提琴。)/ He can play Chinese chess.(他会下中国象棋。)
2. 句型结构:
肯定句:主语 + can + 动词原形 + 其他
否定句:主语 + can’t(can not 的缩写) + 动词原形 + 其他
例:She can’t swim.(她不会游泳。)
疑问句:Can + 主语 + 动词原形 + 其他?(回答:Yes, 主语 + can. / No, 主语 + can’t.)
例:Can you sing?(你会唱歌吗?)→ Yes, I can. / No, I can’t.
3. 注意事项:can 后永远跟动词原形,不可加 -s/-es(如:He can play 而非 He can plays)。

一般现在时
1. 一般现在时的意义
1)一般现在时可以表示现在的状态。例如:
Where are the twins from? She doesn't have a brother.
2)一般现在时还可以表示经常发生的或习惯性的动作。例如:
My school begins at 9:00. I often listen to music on the way.
3)一般现在时也可以表示主语具备的性格和能力等。例如:
Colin's father works hard. I like all my classes, but my favourite is maths.
2.谓语动词的构成形式:
主语+动词原形/第三人称单数形式(三单)+----.是动词原形还是三单取决于主语,当主语是第三人称单数(he,she,it)时,谓语动词为三单,反之,则为动词原形。
如,He plays basketball everyday. I have noodles for breakfast.
3.标志词: 常与下列时间状语连用:
1)Always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly, never等。 如,They usually go to school by bike.
2)once a year, twice a week, every year/day/week等。如,He writes to his father twice a month.
4.句式特点
变疑问句,否定句时,当谓语部分为系动词be时,疑问句把be提前,否定句在be后加not.
即:一般疑问句:Be +主语+---?
否定句:主语 +be +not +----
如,1. ---Is this your bike ---Yes, it is. No, it isn’t.
2.They are not my parents.
当谓语是行为动词时,要用助动词do/does,可以总结为如下公式:
一般疑问句:Do/Does + 主语+动词原形+---?如, Do they live in Beijing?
Yes, they do. No, they don’t.
Does he write to his father twice a week?
Yes, he does. No, he doesn’t
否定句:主语+don’t/doesn’t+动词原形+---. They don’t usually go to school by bus.
