1.预习Page 103~104上的内容。
2.预习并试做Self Check。
二、预习检测
根据首字母及汉语提示补全单词
1.Do you know who the president (总统) of America is now?
2.Let’s meet at the gate (大门) of the school,shall we?
3.Many artists and poets draw their inspirations (灵感) from nature.
4.“Strike while the iron (铁) is hot” is a popular saying.
5.There is no software development without creativity (创造力).
课堂教学
Step 1 Leading in
1.Greeting.
2.Discuss what we should do and what the governments and organizations need to do about the environment with the students.
Step 2 Work on 3a
1.Show a few pictures about the neighborhood.Talk freely with the students.
T:Where is this?Is it a nice place?Why or why not?What are the problems?
2.Make the students read the instructions in 3a.Let them discuss the questions in groups and then finish the task.
3.Ask some students to report their discussion.
Step 3 Work on 3b
1.Read the instructions.Show the writing points on the board.Teach the students how to finish the letter.
2.Let the students write the letters on their own.
3.Make the students exchange their writing work with each other.They can learn from each other and help each other.
4.Check their work with the whole class.Get three students to read aloud their letters.
Step 4 Work on Self Check
1.Finish Self Check 1
(1)Read the instructions and let the students know what to do.Then let the students finish the task on their own.
(2)Make the students discuss the word formation.
(3)Let the students check the work with each other.Let them learn the words and the suffixes and think of more words.
2.Finish Self Check 2
(1)Teach the students the meaning of the grammar names in Chinese.
(2)Get the students to match each statement with the grammar structure.
(3)Ask the students to write another sentence for each grammar structure.Tell the students to write their sentences on the blackboard and check them.
3.Finish Self Check 3
(1)Write the four kinds of pollution on the blackboard.Ask the students to discuss ways to cut down them in groups.
(2)Let the students write down their ways to cut them down.
(3)Let the students share their ways.
(4)Add more ways.
◇教学反思◇
本课师生互动活动较多,老师要激励学生多多参与到活动中来。老师要传达给学生的信息是希望所有学生都投入到展示活动中去,每一个人都有展示的机会。在课堂教学中,老师也需要将读写任务结合起来锻炼学生的写作及语言的综合运用能力。
