·5.
“I view waking up early as tearing off a BandAid,” says Michele Gonzalez, a running coach.“It's gonna hurt for a bit.”Her advice is relatively simple.“You just have to set the alarm early and start doing it,” she says.“After a few days, you'll be tired earlier at night and will start going to bed earlier. This makes the early alarm feel a bit more manageable.”

3.E [根据空后的“Being familiar with them”可知,空处应该会讲到一个表示人或物的复数名词;再结合空前的“pay attention to the speaker's body language, facial expressions and tone of voice”可知,空处涉及的复数名词指的应该是这些名词短语的统称,E项中的“signals”与之对应,且E项的意义“这些信号对他们的情绪和意图提供了有价值的信息”也符合语境。]
根据本段中Michele Gonzalez所说的话“It's gonna hurt for a bit”,和下文中她给的建议“You just have to...”
