Recently, our class held a meeting to discuss the significance of space exploration. We talked about how humans have become accustomed to living on the Earth and rarely thought about what lies beyond. The space shuttle is an example of our ability to explore the unknown.
We also discussed the notion that space exploration can be hazardous, but it is not always unexceptional. In fact, it can rekindle our curiosity and inspire us to learn more about the universe.
Sadly, we also talked about the tragic loss of the Apollo 13 crew and how it cast a shadow on the future of space exploration. However, we agreed that this should not stop us from pursuing our dreams of exploring the universe.
In a word, we all agreed that space exploration is awesome and that we should continue to use telescopes and other tools to study the galaxy and to explore the mysteries of the universe.
