一般现在时
am, is和are被称为be动词,都含有“是”的意思,
其主要区别在于它们和不同的人称代词连用。
too放末尾时意思是“也”
too放句中时意思是“太”

他们的不同在于都是be(is)动词 的位置发生了变化,同时句子的意思也发生了变化,由陈述语意变成了疑问语意。这就是:be动词的陈述句变一般疑问句的变法:将be 动词提前。

根据下面的句子,小组讨论陈述句变成一般疑问句的变法。

如果陈述句主语是I 时,怎么变疑问句?
如果陈述句主语是第一人称 I 和 we ,变成疑问句时则变成第二人称you。
当别人问你“Are you …?”时,否定回答应为:
No, I am not. I am ... / No. I am ...。
不能只回答No, I am not. 英语中,这样的回答会被认为是不礼貌的行为。

含有be动词的陈述句
1. 变成否定句:直接在be动词后面加not.
2. 变成一般疑问句:直接把be动词提到句首,句末
加问号 “?”。如果有第一人称 I 和 we ,则变成
第二人称you。
肯定回答: Yes, 主语 + be.
否定回答: No, 主语 + be + not.
注意:肯定的简略回答中,不能缩写。
