This method not only reduced costs but also provided players with a new look into the beauty of Chinese culture.
Liu Xiaoyu, a player from Beijing, expressed admiration for the game’s high quality and its lively description of ancient buildings. “The historical buildings in the game are so well-mixed with the storyline. Fashion trends (趋势) are fun and exciting. In the past, a trend took about 20 years to cycle through, but now—thanks to the Internet and fast fashion—new trends appear every few months. Still, most trends go through similar stages (阶段):
●Stage 1: A trend often starts at a big fashion show. Reporters and writers share what they see and guess what will be popular next.
●Stage 2: People talk about it online, and famous people start wearing it. This helps the trend gain popularity.
●Stage 3: It reaches the public. Large clothing companies begin making similar styles so everyone can try the trend. This is when it becomes most popular.
●Stage 4: The trend slowly disappears—but it may come back again years later.
Some people love following trends. They make fashion full of energy and bring new ideas. However, others may not think so, especially when a trend doesn’t agree with how they feel about themselves. Trends can be fun, but sometimes prove a waste of money because many simply see trends as brands (品牌).
So, should you follow fashion trends?
63. If a new shoe style starts to be talked about on the Internet and some celebrities begin to wear it, which stage is it in?
________________________________
64. According to the passage, what makes trend cycles much shorter now?

【答案】
范文:
Learn to Deal with Negative Emotions
Everyone experiences negative emotions. I still remember feeling very anxious before an important math exam last semester. I was so worried that I couldn’t sleep well.
To deal with this anxiety, I tried two methods. First, I talked to my mother about my feelings. Her comfort made me feel much better. Second, I listened to some light music and took deep breaths before sleeping. This helped me relax.
Through this experience, I learned that properly handling negative emotions is very important. It not only helps us regain peace of mind but also allows us to face challenges more bravely. Now I always try to deal with negative feelings in a positive way.
