parents,a teacher, etc. When you talk about anger, those bad feelings can start to go away. Here are
some other things you can do when you start to feel angry:talk to a good friend;count from I to
100;give someone a hug;go for a bike ride;think about good things,etc.
Remember that how you act when you are angry can make everything better or worse.Don't

do not study hard, sooner or later,we will fall behind the other students. At first,I did not know
what the word "exam"meant.Later,I knew an exam was a kind of competition. In competitions,
there are always winners and losers. As I grew up,I got to know competition well.38
Each time I saw children playing games, and heard their laughter,I wished I were that age
again.39 So I picked up my pen and began to study hard again.

Running has always been a big part of my life.It was an easy and cheap way to stay healthy
when I was a teenager at university. As I got older,I kept running though I took on the
responsibilities of being a mom, having a job and other hobbies.Running was a fun activity that I
could do quickly and then get back to my busy day.
When I moved to a new city,I was excited about trying new foods, visiting new places,
meeting new people and having new experiences. But,I also felt lonely and really wanted to make
new friends.I joined a book club and a dinner group.But after a few months,I still felt like I hadn't
made any close friends.
One day, someone asked me if I wanted to run in a half marathon.Without thinking,I said,
"Sure, count me in!"A half marathon is 13.1 miles, which is a lot longer than the three miles I
usually ran.I was a bit scared, but also excited.
After the shock wore off,I started to learn everything about running a half marathon.I even
bought my first pair of really good running shoes. They were the most expensive shoes I'd ever
owned.I was ready to start training with them.
My new running friends picked me up at my house, and we started to jog together.I took it
slow at first, running one mile, then two. They taught me how to run properly and how to drink
enough water.I learned new words like chafing, carb loading, strides, and electrolytes.I slowly built
up to running three, four and five miles.Running seven miles straight felt like climbing a really
high mountain, and I started to love the feeling I got after a long run.

So before we get started, I just want to go over some ground rules. Number one, you must wear your helmet and seat belt at all times. Anyone who was found breaking this rule will be asked to leave the race track and will not receive a refund of their deposit. Number two, please drive safely. This means no bumping into other cars on purpose, and be aware that drivers who we are judge to be driving too aggressively will be given a warning before being asked to leave. Number three, there is absolutely no eating, drinking or smoking in the, because there is a restaurant where drivers can relax between races, but nothing except the drivers should be in the mini cars. Finally, please make sure you are familiar with all the safety features of the vehicles before the first race starts. These include the door locks, the emergency breaking system and the emergency lights. If there is an accident out on the track, you'll need to be able to use these features as quickly and safely as possible. Strive to Live out Our Dream
Since I got into senior high school,I've been dreaming of studying in a key university in
Shanghai. To be a good programmer is my fighting goal. However, easily distracted by things
around myself,I find it hard to stay focused on study sometimes. And my confidence gets defeated
quite often because of my poor grades in math.
To achieve my dream,I've worked out a study plan. From now on,besides listening carefully
in class,I will turn to my teachers and fellow students to make up for what I've missed in class and
do more exercises to improve my scores of all subjects, especially math.I'm firmly convinced that
it is persistence that makes one's dream come true.Hopefully,I can make my dream come true.
第二节读后续写(满分25分)
The day of the race finally came.I stood at the starting line,my heart pounding with
excitement and nerves. The announcer counted down, and then the race began.I took off at a sprint,
my legs pumping and my arms swinging as I tried to find my rhythm. As I ran,I could feel the
sweat starting to run down my forehead. The sun beat down on me,but I pushed through, focusing
on the sound of my breath and the rhythm of my feet hitting the road.I passed other runners, feeling
excited each time I passed someone. As I approached the final stretch,I gave it everything I had left.
My legs felt like lead, but I pushed through the pain.I could see the finish line in the distance, and it
strengthened my determination.
All the training I had done was now paying off.I crossed the finish line first! The crowd roared
as I crossed the finish line, and I collapsed to the ground, exhausted but happy.Everyone applauded
for me and congratulated me on winning the game.A feeling of excitement and satisfaction seized
me.I was really grateful for the great changes that running had brought to my body and mind.

OK,welcome to Fast&Furious Mini Cars!I know you guys know how to drive cars out on the
streets, but that doesn't mean we can automatically trust you to handle these smaller vehicles on this
indoor racetrack. So,before we get started,I just want to go over some ground rules.Number 1:you
must wear your helmet and seat belt at all times.Anyone who is found breaking this rule will be
asked to leave the racetrack and will not receive a refund of their deposit.Number 2:please drive
safely. This means no bumping into other cars on purpose, and be aware that drivers who are judged
to be driving too aggressively will be given a warning before being asked to leave.Number 3:there
is absolutely no eating, drinking,or smoking in the vehicles. There is a restaurant where drivers can
relax between races, but nothing except the driver should be in the mini cars. Finally, please make
sure you are familiar with all the safety features of the vehicles before the first race starts. These
include the door locks, the emergency braking system, and the emergency lights. If there is an
accident out on the track, you'll need to be able to use these features as quickly and safely as
possible. You've all signed your insurance forms already,so if there are no other questions, pick out
your helmets and let's get out to the track and check out the cars!
