写作任务
食谱是利用各类烹饪原料,借助不同烹调技法来制作某一菜肴的方法。撰写食谱时需要注意以下要点:
第一部分:清晰写明菜肴所需的原料,用量,并且按照原料使用的先后顺序进行排列。
第二部分:烹饪步骤务必准确无误。同时,在说明烹饪步骤时,常使用祈使句,还要把所用的烹饪工具、火候以及烹饪时间都交代清楚。
第三部分:内容进行梳理,确保文字清晰、简单易读,让阅读者能轻松理解和使用食谱。
