Integrated skills: TV viewing habits
Step1: Lead-in
We’ve learnt about different types of TV programmmes in this unit.Today we’ll talk about Unit6 Integrated skills: TV viewing habits. Then ask: What TV programmes do you like or dislike? What’s your favourite programme? Why? How much time do you spend watching TV every week?
Step2: Presentation

2. Would you like to know the TV viewing habits of some students at Sunshine Middle School? Millie wants to interview three students about their TV viewing habits. Before the interviews, she has written down what she knew about the students. Let’s read the information in Part A1 and help the students to guess their favorite TV programme(s).

Tips:
Make sure the room is not very dark.
Do not lie while watching TV.
You had better stay 3 or 4 meters away form TVs.
Have a break after watching about half an hour.
