【课标要求】
学生能够围绕“影视、戏剧艺术”这一主题语境内容,基于本模块提供的个人故事、论说文、影评、日记等多模态语篇,综合运用各种语言技能,英语阅读策略,概括文章主旨大意,从文本中迅速提取信息并解读文本;能够根据时间线索,以第一人称复述《王子复仇记》的观看感受;通过运用各种学习策略,结合反思性和评价性问题不断监控、评价、反思和调整自己的学习内容和进程,激发英语学习兴趣,优化英语学习方式。
学习目标:
1、主题意义:人与社会——影视、戏剧艺术,课文通记叙个人经历的方式,以西方人的视角描写了观看京剧《王子复仇记》的感受,展现了京剧艺术的魅力。
2、语篇类型:记叙文——学生感知课文的语篇结构及语言。
3、语言知识:能借助词典等各种资源,在语篇中学习生词和短语。

学习过程
1.本课选自新外研社版必修二第四单元Stage and screen的Starting-out & Understanding idea板块。本课语篇类型为记叙文,课文通过讲述个人经历的方式,以一个外国的视角,讲述了自己观看中国版的《哈姆雷特》——《王子复仇记》的经历,作者受到了极大的震撼,介绍了中国京剧的艺术特点,展现了京剧的艺术魅力。
2.本文的主题学习过程:Starting out活动中带领学生看图片,引导学生初步了解芭
蕾舞剧、演唱会、川剧、春晚、话剧、相声这六种不同的艺术形式。引导学生通过观看视
频,比较中国的德和园大戏楼和英国的环球剧场的异同。Understanding idea环节:活
动请学生看课文标题和图片,预测课文内容;活动引导学生获取课文主要信息,并能
运用所学语言知识进行交流;活动通过回答问题,分析逻辑结构和回答开放性问题,帮
助学生深入理解课文、赏析课文,并结合自己的经历,描述一场令自己印象深刻的表演。
3.本课的学习重点是训练学生的基本阅读技能,包括:预测(predict)、略读(skim
)、寻读(scan)、细读(careful reading)等。难点是:引导学生理解语篇结构,
把握文本重要信息,完成相关阅读任务,能够以第一人称进行复述;基于文本理解,体会
京剧的艺术魅力,增强对中国传统文化的认同感和自豪感。
