①One morning, I got up early and decided to make an apple pie for my mum. I called my grandma for help, followed a TV program to make jam and waited excitedly. I enjoyed every step so much that I didn’t notice three hours pass by. Although the pie looked terrible and was not that delicious, Mum ate it up and told me it was the best pie that she had ever had. For the first time, I realized that although I made a terrible pie, I really enjoyed the process (过程).
②The process is important because it brings us something bigger than the result itself. That is, we always have new experiences during the process, which may help us improve our skills or form good relationships with others. ④Don’t always compare yourself with others. Success means different things to us. For some, success means being famous, while for others, it may be health or power.

From relations to work stress, more Chinese people are now using AI tools like DeepSeek to deal with their problems. They share feelings with the chatting robot and get warm advice. This is called “AI therapy”, and it is becoming popular online. But can robots really take the place of human doctors?
A study shows that 45 percent of people around the world needed mental (心理上的) health care, but they did not get it since it was too expensive or there weren’t enough doctors. Daniel Lowd, a teacher at the University of Oregon, believes AI could do some help. “If people can find some support and ideas by talking to ChatGPT or other chatting robots, that’s wonderful.” Lowd told Newsweek. Li Yong, a doctor at the Jiangsu Province Hospital, agreed with Lowd, saying that AI meets people’s comfort needs to a point.
However, AI has its weaknesses (弱点). Human doctors understand feelings deeply through face-to-face talks and create different treating plans to different people but robots can’t. ▲ AI doctors have no right training or know human rules. Depending too much on them seems unsafe. Some people believe the key to safe AI doctors is strict government control. For example, Wysa, an AI mental health app, follows strict medical rules in the UK.
As AI becomes part of daily life, finding a balance (平衡) between its good and bad sides is important. While AI offers quick help, for serious mental needs, the communication between people can’t be taken place by anything else.
21. What is “Al therapy”?
A. Making friends with AI doctors.
B. Using Al tools in our daily lives.
C. Treating illnesses with the help of Al.
D Looking for comfort from a chatting robot.
22 Why couldn’t 45 percent of people around the world get mental health care?
A. Because doctors weren’t able to provide proper help.
B. Because they didn’t have enough money to see doctors.
C. Because they couldn’t find any support or ideas from AI.
D. Because they didn’t think it was necessary to ask for help.
23. Which of the following can be put in “ ▲ ” in paragraph 3?
A. Another problem is safety.
B. AI can’t build real relations.
C. The best way is to forget about it.
D. People can’t receive advice from AI.
24 What can you learn from the passage?
A. AI doctors will take the place of human doctors in the future.
B. Most people believe AI can do much help in humans mental health care.
C. The government should play an important role in making sure AI doctors safe.
D. There is no need for people to ask for help from human doctors when facing stress.
25. Which is the best title for the passage?
A. The Sudden Rise of AI Tools in China
