Let’s 是Let us的常用口语形式,其后接动词原形,表示“让我们一起做某事”,由Let’s +动词原形构成的句子是祈使句。祈使句是用于表达命令、请求,劝告、警告、禁止等的句子。

Here you are的基本意思是“给你”。但语境不同,含义不同。
(1)当火车进站停车时,乘务员会对乘客说Here you are. 意思是“你们到站啦” 。
(2)如果有人在找钥匙,你帮他/她找到了,递给他/她时你可以说“Here you are.” 意为“你的钥匙在这儿”。
(3)当你去公园或者进电影院时,你对检票员说”Here you are.” 意为“你要检的票在这儿”。
(4)在商店里营业员对顾客说“Here you are.”意为“你要买的东西在这儿”。
