for: (表示某段时间)
for后面接的是时间段,表示某个动作或状态已经持续了一段时间。
They have studied English for 2 years.
(从过去开始→现在仍在学英语)
This factory has been open for 10 years.
(工厂 10 年前开业→现在仍在运营)
Adverbs of time
already:用于肯定句中,表示某事已经发生或完成。yet:用于疑问句和否定句中,表示某事尚未发生或完成。
He has already eaten breakfast.
(他已经吃过早饭了。)
Has she found her wallet yet?
(她已经找到钱包了吗?)
already: 常用于肯定句中.
yet: 常用于否定句,疑问句尾.

He has played the piano since childhood.(他从小就弹钢琴。)
2. since + 时间段 + ago
They have owned this house since 10 years ago.(他们从 10 年前就拥有这套房子了。)
3. since + 从句(从句用一般过去时)
I have loved painting since I was a little kid.(我从小孩子时期就喜欢绘画。)
